Amazing place overall, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. However, I was quite disappointed with the Saturday BBQ night. It was advertised as a rich BBQ experience by the pool with a wide variety of options, including different types of chicken, beef burgers, lamb, and steaks as shown on Instagram. In reality, there were only two items available: chicken shish tawook and beef kofta, which was far from what was promoted. Additionally, drinks were charged separately, with only water being complimentary. If you’re planning to stay here, everything else is great and worth it. But the food experience—especially the Saturday BBQ night—needs serious improvement. They should either enhance the offering or adjust the name and expectations to reflect what is actually provided. At the end I would like to thank Mr. Probin for the amazing support during check in and checkout, everything was smooth and perfect, definitely i will be back next weekend ❤️

Totally enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. Kids play area with mini water park was the highlight of our stay. There are two separate pools for family and adults only equipped with jacuzzi on one side. I used the steam and sauna facility in the hotel as well apart from Gym. We also watched fifa world cup match in the shisha lounge on big screen with appetizers Rooms were big and bathroom was with bathtub and view of the sheikh Zayed road. Self parking behind the hotel is available for free. Breakfast was good including indian dishes like upma , rajma , parantha. Staff was helpful and courteous. Hotel also arranged decoration and cake for our anniversary celebration in the room. It was super value at just 269 aed for 1 night with all of this facilities and amenities including breakfast. Shuttle bus services also available from hotel

I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent service provided by both your reception and reservation teams during my recent stay and booking process. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Shivam from the reservation team for his outstanding support. He was very kind, professional, and extremely helpful, and he made the booking process smooth and stress-free. I would also like to thank the reception team for their warm welcome and assistance throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and had a very pleasant experience

I had a great experience at Mövenpick Hotel JVT, and I especially want to thank Stiven at the reception for his outstanding service. He was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. He went out of his way to assist whenever I needed something and always had a welcoming and positive attitude. Stiven is a great example of excellent hospitality and genuinely made my experience at the hotel better. His professionalism and willingness to help are truly appreciated. Hôtel très agréable et des serveurs vraiment très gentils et serviables. 5 étoiles particulièrement pour Aung et pour Shine qui sont super 👍🏽 et toujours aux petits soins pour les clients du restaurant. À la réception nous avons été accueilli par Prabin le plus souriant de l’hôtel qui est adorable et maîtrise vraiment bien son travail. Le séjour fut très agréable grâce à toutes ces personnes bien que l’hôtel soit un peu excentré.

Unfortunately, the experience was below expectations\. The room condition and cleanliness need significant improvement, especially for a Mövenpick hotel\. Service was average and could be more attentive\. The location is good, but overall the stay did not meet the standard expected from this brand\.
