My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Aloft by Marriott Palm Jumeirah, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable stays ever. The hotel itself is very, very good—beautiful property, great ambiance, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the beautiful anniversary cake the hotel surprised us with. This thoughtful gesture truly made us happy and added so much joy to our celebration. It’s small acts of hospitality like this that make a stay unforgettable. All the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. But we want to give special thanks to Mr. Anup. His politeness, professionalism, and genuinely kind nature stood out throughout our stay. He made us feel valued and well taken care of, and we sincerely appreciate his efforts. Staff like Mr. Anup make a hotel feel like home. We have already decided that we will visit this hotel again very soon, mainly because of the wonderful experience and exceptional service we received—especially from Mr. Anup. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, joyful, and memorable stay on the Palm Jumeirah.

Amazing place would recommend for a few day vacation! Maybe 2-3 days. My experience was pretty well We first were greeted in a welcoming manner as the place had pleasing eye sights. Games were there was even pool which was free and fun to play. Now the swimming pool. There was slight issues it was actually pretty small on what it implied on the videos. Of course might be just how i felt but the swimming pool is small in a good opinon The room was gaven right on time as it was well cleaned and working facilities! Tho we did not get the toothbrush and tootpaste. But we asked from the front desk that brought it pretty quick. Maybe 4 mins at max The breakfast had less items but a pretty good amout of food. Like less items but the food that were there? They were pretty well known favourited food. So that was delicious. Felt fresh and tasted well. Everything was tasting good. Tho there was Alot of ice in the first fill of the juice haha. Wayyy to much water. But the restocks then tasted good. Onto my favourite part was the service! The service was so fun and good everyone was super kind and friendly to us. Mr abdullah was there most of the time was amazing and he made our experience quiet well. Regards to him! Overall this place is a great place to stay for few days 1-3 days. Recommend to people who likes to go outside!!

We had a fantastic time celebrating Father’s Day at Aloft Palm Jumeirah by Marriott Hotel The room was nice, clean, and we were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade from a guy in the reception with a beautiful view. Late checkout was also granted, The staff were genuinely friendly. Special shoutout to Ivan for making the celebration special with a thank you cake. The guy at the egg station during breakfast was also super welcoming. Food was a highlight for us. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious Overall, great location, clean rooms, and excellent service. It was truly worth it and we would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Palm Jumeirah! What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Despite the hotel being at one of its busiest periods, every request we made was attended to promptly and professionally. A huge thank you to the team for allowing us an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our stay much more comfortable. Whether it was extra pillows, toiletries, vanity items, or an ice bucket, everything was delivered to our room quickly with no waiting time at all. The staff were consistently friendly, accommodating, and genuinely eager to help. Their customer service and attention to detail deserve a perfect 10/10. The spacious rooms, private beach access, and excellent location on the Palm are definite highlights. The breakfast selection was decent, though the real standout of this hotel is the incredible service and hospitality provided by the team. Thank you, Aloft Palm Jumeirah, for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay! My wife and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay at Aloft Palm Jumeirah. Everything was smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out. A special thanks to Miss KAT at the front desk for being so professional, friendly, and helpful with our check-in and room assistance. Also, big thanks to Mr. Melvin from F&B for his excellent service during breakfast. We really enjoyed the food, beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, and great vibes. Overall, a lovely experience. We’ll definitely be back! 🌴❤️
