I recently had the pleasure of staying in Business Bay, and it was truly a great experience. The rooms were very comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and very professional. A special thanks to Gladwell, who made everything effortless with a clear explanation of my membership and a warm, welcoming attitude. It really set the tone for the entire stay. The staff overall were friendly and always smiling, which made a big difference. I would also like to appreciate Star at the bar, along with his colleague whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch—they both provided excellent service and added to the positive atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

I highly recommend this hotel, perfect location just a few blocls from Dubai Downtown. Rooms are so clean. Special shoutout to Miss Gladwell, she was so kind to us, always polite, friendly amd helpful. She and her friend Charity are the best! We were upgeaded to a one bedroom with Burj Khalifa view. Stunning at night!

Hotel byl skvělý. Personál usměvavý, ochotný a vždy pomohl ze vším s čím byla potřeba. Personál před hotelem také, ochotný a vždy pomohl při objednávání taxi ,také nám pomohl vyřešit nepříjemnou situaci kdy taxikář žádal o zaplacení jízdný když už zaplacená byla. Na recepci Firas byl skvělý!!! Vždy pomohl a odpověděl na vše co bylo potřeba. Personál u bazénu se staral po příchodu nám vždy dal čistý ručník, když byla potřeba roztáhnul slunečník nebo přestěhoval lehátko na sluníčko.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Anniversary Stay! We stayed at Holiday Inn Business Bay to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The staff gave us a warm welcome, complete with a cake and a lovely message written on the mirror — such a thoughtful touch that made our celebration extra special. A huge shoutout to Anju and Nitin, and to Htet at the front desk, for making us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was excellent, and overall the hotel was even better than we expected. Thank you to the entire Holiday Inn Business Bay team for making our anniversary so memorable!

I had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay (Holiday Inn Dubai Business Bay) from 31 August to 6 September in the room 3004. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm, comfortable, and truly welcoming. A special thank you to Ms. Sheron at the reception for their professionalism, courtesy, and warm hospitality. They made every interaction pleasant and ensured that everything was handled smoothly. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Shekhar from the Bellman/Concierge team, who was extremely helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist whenever needed. A big thank you to Mr. Vaibhav from Housekeeping for maintaining the room so well and for his consistent attention to detail throughout my stay. The restaurant team also deserves special recognition. Thank you to Ms. Emadine, Ms. Star, Ms. Gracely, Ms. Jordana, and Ms. Elizabeth for their friendly service, welcoming attitude, and genuine care. Their smiles and attentiveness made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay, made special by the wonderful staff. The hospitality, service, and attention to guests were excellent. I truly appreciate the entire team for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would be happy to stay at Holiday Inn Dubai Business Bay again and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Dubai. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality!
