The perfect place to stay with kids. It is exceptionally clean, very easy to access, and puts you right in the middle of Dubai. The check-in and checkout processes were incredibly fast. We especially loved the flexible checkout until 5 PM, which made our departure completely stress-free. Highly recommended for families! Thank goes to ms. Jeesha. For her assistance.

Jenie, you did a great job! Our stay was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A special thank you to Jenie, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. She answers phone calls nicely. She was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Customer service will always be the first factor to open one’s heart. Our great experience started at the reception with Miss Jennie. Her charming and warm personality were so attractive then came her helpfulness and ability to understand our needs and offer solutions smoothly with a radiant face :) Then our next great experience was with Mr Rensis. It was such a delight to see him operate in the restaurant the way he did. His supervision was really remarkable. To supervise the needs of the diners, chat comfortably, assist the staff, understand emerging situations and deal with it effectively yet with a great spirit was really remarkable. He is an excellent supervisor! Our third thank you goes to Miss Kring. She was able to attend to the large number of dines and their requests with a steady smile and a positive attitude even when her job is not easy. Never once did we feel that she was fed up or impatient. She was listening to our requests with a manner that made us feel very happy and comfortable. These three people truly gave us the chance to leave the hotel thinking what a great experience !

We used to stay at Rove City walk almost for 30 days and we really enjoyed the time spent there. We got the room with best view with Burj Khalifa and during the night view was amazing. Staff was very friendly and they always working hard to provide best support to visitors. Room Service was very satisfied and every day they used to visit on time and provided excellent service and used to fulfill all requirements without any issue. Mr.Bikram from house keeping team used to provide us the support during the whole stay and he’s so friendly and provided his duty very professionally. Overall stay was very good and amazing.!

We had an amazing stay here at Rove city walk.They have outstanding view of burj khalifa. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained . From the time of check in we got assisted by Ramadan who was helpful with check in process and willing to help to get a room with our preferences.Breakfast is a must to have when you are staying here. There was a decent variety of food, and the quality was great as well.Rosy was our server, she served us with such a genuine smile. She also took the time to explain the current offers and promotions at the hotel, which helped us become more aware of the services and options available during our stay. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely consider to come back again.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, making my stay comfortable from start to finish. A special thank you to Mr. Elvis for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I would also like to thank Miss Jesha for her kindness, warm attitude, and excellent service. Her professionalism and genuine care made a great impression.
