the incredible team members who made my experience truly special. A special thank you to Lana at the Front Desk. She was always warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. What impressed me most was that she treated every guest with the same smile, patience, and respect—not just me. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. I would also like to thank Hamdi, who was always friendly, approachable, and happy to help everyone. Whenever I needed anything or had a question, he was the first person I felt comfortable asking because I knew he would do his best to help. A big thank you as well to the housekeeping team on the 13th floor. They took excellent care of my room every single day. Everything was spotless, well organized, and prepared with great attention to detail. Their hard work and dedication made my stay even more comfortable. Finally, my sincere appreciation goes to Shakoor from the security team. He always welcomed me with a smile, opened the elevator door for me, and kindly escorted me from my car to the elevator. These thoughtful gestures made me feel genuinely cared for. Thanks to all of you, I never felt like just another guest. You made me feel at home, and your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality turned my stay into a truly memorable experience. I look forward to coming back again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Four Points by Sheraton during a Primavera P6 corporate training conducted by CADD International for one of the well-known companies in Abu Dhabi. The hospitality throughout the event was exceptional. The meeting and training facilities were well organized, creating a comfortable and professional learning environment. The food served during the sessions was delicious, with a great variety and consistently high quality. A heartfelt thanks to all the chefs for preparing such wonderful meals. A special appreciation goes to Ms. Ann, the event coordinator, for her outstanding coordination and ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Mr. Yam from the Food & Beverage team, whose kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional service truly made a difference. His professionalism and willingness to help were highly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team at Four Points by Sheraton for making this event a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel for corporate meetings, training programs, conferences, or even a comfortable stay. Their commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction is truly commendable.

A friend was celebrating his birthday and the rest of us decided to book rooms here. First, the location is central to both old and new Dubai. The neighborhood itself has many options of shops and food outlets. I have to say that this was the best service I’ve experienced so far. The Bon Voy app made it easy to coordinate with them. We asked for an early check in and we were easily updated through the app. Other hotels would just tell us to go there and wait it out. When we arrived, Svenda welcomed us like a ray of sunshine. She was quick, professional and personal. The room was a bit dated but it came with a great advantage: size. The beds were huge. We had both a desk, a sitting area and a tea area. Sleep quality was good. Most guests were adults so no screaming kids haunting the hallways. Probably the only point of improvement is the temperature but it is a minor point. The gym was decent and the attendants on both days I went there were very professional. Breakfast was decent. Had a good variety of dishes and breads. Service was impeccable from the welcome to the dining area to the kitchen. The people were truly happy to assist guests. This was my overall impression from this visit. Everyone… even the lovely security at the lobby to the valet, everyone was all smiles and pro-active.

Pleasant stay, great staff and services. Hussain at front desk was particularly helpful with our requests. Highly recommended place if you want everything at your convenience and take burj khalifa view rooms if you would like to spend some time staring at the skyline and metro!!

Having traveled extensively over many years, I have experienced a wide range of hotel accommodations. Regrettably, my recent stay was unexpectedly stressful from the moment of arrival. The front office emplyer, including the manager, appeared to lack the necessary experience to manage high-pressure situations effectively. A noticeable frugality was evident in the room's amenities and provisions. Furthermore, the room and balcony were not maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness, and elevator wait times were excessive. The rooftop pool was small, dated, and supervised by an overly vigilant attendant. While the Indian restaurant offered a pleasant dining experience, breakfast service was characterized by overcrowding and a lack of hygiene. Consequently, I am unable to recommend this hotel.
