Extremely disappointing experience. The issue itself could have been resolved easily, but what made it unacceptable was the way it was handled. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner over the phone. Very disappointing experience. The issue itself could have easily been resolved with a simple explanation and a professional attitude. Unfortunately, the manager on duty (wearing a grey suit at reception on the evening of June 1st) was dismissive, argumentative, and surprisingly rude throughout the interaction. Rather than listening to my concern or showing any understanding, I was told to “call the police” if I disagreed and was eventually shut down with “this conversation is over.” No apology, no attempt to help, and no basic courtesy despite being a paying guest. I’ve stayed in hotels all across Dubai, from budget properties to luxury resorts, and I’ve never been spoken to in this manner by hotel management. Hospitality is not only about rooms and facilities, it’s also about how guests are treated when issues arise. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on that front.

I have stayed in grand mercury Business bay hotel here in dubia. My Observations 1. The people here are lovely 2. The cleaning here is excellent. Especially the bathrooms. 3. Their integrity is perfect because l had all thingsnintact. House cleaning is great Especial thanks to 1. Bikesh 2 shepherd May Alla bless them for me

Excellent performance of all the services. Commited, dedicated, very serviceable in performing their duties. I will recommend them to anyone who wants to visit Dubai. I salute Jean, yaw, Alisha, Alin and Chef's. Great work 👍

Hello, I would like to thank Elisabeth for the excellent support she provided during my current stay at the Grand Mercure Business Bay. I had an issue with the king-size bed in my room, which I reported before leaving the hotel in the morning. When I came back, I was pleased to see that the issue had been addressed, and she sent a person to assist me in moving to another room. I really appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and the way she took care of everything to resolve the situation quickly. Angeline and Rhonna were amazing! They made our karaoke experience extra special. Highly recommend the platters - we got one of each for our group of 12 and it was more than enough. Overall the experience was really good and I will be back

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great karaoke experience! The private rooms are clean, the sound system is excellent, and the song selection is wide. The atmosphere is fun, making it a perfect place to enjoy with friends and family. A special thanks to Ms. Angeline at the reception for her warm welcome, friendly service, and professionalism. She made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! 🎤🎶
