I would like to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful stay we had at Sheraton Dubai Creek. The guest customer service team was very approachable and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Nikhil and Rahul, who were always available to assist us whenever we had any requests. Overall, our stay at Sheraton Dubai Creek was absolutely worth it. From the reception team, the rooms, and the facilities, everything was excellent. Thank you for the great experience.

Here is why today is my last visit to this hotel: Been in Dubai for 49 years. Been a Marriott-eer for 35 years Been frequenting The Sheraton since I was 8 years old. The experience: 1. The environment has been inhospitable to say the least. When I wanted to take time to place my coffee order, I was treated as someone who is a freeloader - verbatims used by staff: "You are requested to order" "You can't sit for 3 hours and only order coffee" Now, if there was a clear rule in place about minimum charge, then it wasn't made clear and when it did days later (upon my request), it carried a tonality of aggression and defensiveness. 2. In the parking lot today, I was reversing into a parking, a parked car decided in the same moment to leave the parking, risking hitting my car. So I honked. My honk warning was ignored. 2 hours later while working, Mohammed Nofal (apologies for incorrect name spelling) and Immanuel (security manager) came in to make a statement rather than ask a question: Verbatim: "It was reported that you shouted at someone in the parking". Proof? Nothing An accusation rather than a question in an unacceptable tonality? Absolutely. Basically, there was no camera proof that I shouted, which I didn't. This is Dubai, we don't shout at drivers. We honk. This is an awful guest communication issue. As the Marriott, the skills of those who run the place should not just be about making it profitable, but about making rules clear in an inviting and welcoming way - which is no longer the case in this iconic hotel.

This is 100% a hotel that will always be my top choice in Dubai. The team is exceptional, the rooms are VERY well maintained and clean, the restaurant additions to the hotel are great. To top it all off, the Dosa on the breakfast menu is one of the best I had. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting as old and new Dubai are merely minutes away from it. And in the winter your walk to the old souk will be a delight!

I had an absolutely horrible stay first room I was checked in was dirty, finger and hand prints everywhere, cracks in the tub, the room was so gloomy felt suffocating and the having a low roof wasn't helpful. They switched me to another room with a view I settled even though I wasn't happy with that one either because even though there was a view the balcony glass was dirty and the rail had bird drops on it, so even the view was ruined. The service and staff were quick and helpful, but I would say I did not like the place, or the location of it, mostly the building is very old and not well maintained, the furniture is very old, and not at all presentable, they should definitely invest to remodel and replace everything. I was not encouraged by the looks of their rooms to visit any of their facilities tbh.

Best stay ever. First of all thank you Jason for everything for making this happen. Thank you for the upgrade and the best view. Wonderful team like sneha and adil makes even more better. The check in was super fast and the receptionist sneha was great also thank you too Mr. Adil the manager. It was my birthday and me and my fiancé celebrating our anniversary. It’s was special with room decor and a cake. Thank you team for making our stay special and memorable. We’ll be back soon.
