⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Ramada Hotel & Suites JBR! The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from JBR Beach. Our two-bedroom penthouse was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable family stay. We also enjoyed the delicious international breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets at Garden of Flavors. The food was fresh, flavorful, and offered a wide variety of options. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The pool, gym, and kids’ play area were well maintained and added to the overall experience. Everything about our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend Ramada Hotel & Suites JBR for anyone looking for a memorable family staycation in Dubai, and we can’t wait to visit again!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The food quality was extremely poor and nowhere near the standard expected from a Ramada property. The taste, variety, and freshness were all below average, and the restaurant staff seemed unwilling to accommodate even simple requests for Indian food. The chef was particularly unprofessional and showed no interest in guest satisfaction. Instead of being helpful, he was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to make even minor adjustments to meals. It felt like guests’ preferences simply did not matter. The restaurant staff and some of the Indian staff also had a poor attitude. They were unfriendly, disrespectful, and lacked basic hospitality skills. On top of that, the air conditioning in the rooms did not work properly, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting good food, professional service, or a comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at Ramada Hotel JBR Dubai. The location is excellent—perfect for evening walks, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beach just a short walk away. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I booked the full-board option, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Everything was fresh, there was a good variety to choose from, and every meal was enjoyable. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything was always clean and well looked after. The hotel also has a nice gym, which I used regularly during my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Great location, excellent service, comfortable rooms, and good value for money.

We visited Flavour of India with our family today and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of flavor. What made our visit even more special was the outstanding service. A special thanks to Bisma, who attended to us throughout our meal. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we were comfortable from start to finish. Her excellent hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our family outing so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Flavour of India to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended! Our stay at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham JBR was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, with the beach just a short walking distance from the hotel, in addition to the hotel's well-maintained swimming pool facilities. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including hot and cold dishes, as well as a great selection of beverages. There was something for everyone to enjoy. What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Every team member was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The reception staff were specially helpful, taking the time to explain all the hotel facilities, Wi-Fi access, and services with great patience and respect. We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom suite with a huge living and receiving area, which was perfect for our family of three. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a very relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. We are so glad to have experienced Ramada JBR. The hotel is calm, clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Dubai. 100% recommended, and we will definitely be visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The reception staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with our needs. The hotel is highly recommended for both couples and families. Our kids absolutely loved our room and the pool because it was clean, spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere made us feel relaxed and at home throughout our stay.
