We had a great stay at The First Collection Business Bay. A special thank you to Smith from the reception team (Myanmar), who made our stay truly memorable. His warm, friendly attitude and professionalism made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He is a real credit to the hotel. The room was comfortable with a lovely view, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we'd happily stay here again.

Roomy was comfy. Service was good and the hotel offered what I’m looking for in terms of clean simplicity and value for money. One resto/bar in the place with good food and drinks. Sunday roast was good value for money as well. But I’d recommend the ribeye steak all the way The only thing is that pool. Big enough but not deep enough. So not really a good swimming experience. Would recommend the hotel for sure as the location is also not bad at all

Disclaimer: International tourists, feel free to ignore this! You will likely have a wonderful time. But for UAE locals familiar with Dubai’s high hospitality standards—grab a seat. This property feels less like a Marriott and more like a hotel apartment that threw on a tuxedo and declared itself a luxury resort. Here is a breakdown of our stay: (1) ☕ The Breakfast Survival Game: Morning service is a 50/50 gamble. The coffee machines are hanging on by a thread. Want a cappuccino? Expect a wait equivalent to a short domestic flight. The crew plays endless Whac-A-Mole, desperately trying to refill the buffet and resuscitate espresso machines. They are either severely understaffed or just prefer a glacial pace. (2) 🛗 The "Quiet" Room: We explicitly requested—via email and in person—a quiet room far from the elevators. Naturally, the front desk rewarded us with the very first room next to the lift. (3) 🚪 The Acoustic Balcony: To ensure maximum ambiance, our balcony door featured torn sealant and breezy gaps, letting us enjoy every single decibel of the outside world. The rented Lambos and Ferraris blessed us with an all night symphony. My Verdict: The property itself is fine, but the service went on a long coffee break and never returned. If you expect standard Dubai luxury, you might want to adjust your expectations downward! 🤷🏻‍♂️

We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Dubai. The service was outstanding from beginning to end, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. A special mention to Foysal Miah, who was extremely kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable with his professionalism and kindness. We would also like to thank Anish, who took care of our room housekeeping perfectly every day. The room was always spotless and very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back again!

My stay was for around 12 days for and my experience was really nice. The rooms are spacious and the balcony is a +1. Special mention to Abhilasha, she greeted me everyday with a big smile on her face and her recommendations for food at the breakfast were super helpful (considering I’m a vegetarian and most options had atleast egg). The coffee and croissants at the Risen cafe too were a treat! Again thanks to Abhilasha for making her special rose and strawberry coffee which just hit the spot!

We stayed for 10 days with half board package with daily soluna beach club access for us couple and our son who is 16 years old. Room - Spacious 2 beds provided. The beds were very comfortable with lovely view of Dubai city and with complete Amenities. Always spotless and very clean. Amazing Staff esp. Mr. Saikumar who was very professional and hard working who always making sure our room is spotless clean and always providing us with clean towels and with fresh drinking water. Laundry service was very good .thanks to Mr. Kaisar for your hardwork. Services- Receptionist Ms. Valentine was very professional, accomodating and friendy. She made.us feel very welcome. The souvenir shop - HASH shop . I just want to Mention Mr Fahid who was very accomodating and friendly as well. Your very awesome for giving us a lot of discounts😀 FOOD - Breakfast buffet was amazing complete with local.and internationally cuisines which were very delicious.and the coffee was Top notch. Rstaurants Wyne resto for dinner - food was great and delicious variety of local and international dishes. Desserts provided was to die for. Great service of staffs. The Blacksmith - food was beyond our expectations. The most delicious steak ever and cuisines from.starter, main and desserts were all top notch. The most amazing staffs CHEF RAFFY, ANtoNETTE, SHEENA AND SHUN. Thank you for your hardwork and dedication to serve and made us feel very welcome and SPECIAL. The IKAGAI - The most delicious SUSHI ever. And Ramen.Service were great . Staff were amazing. Location, was great Near to bus stop and the hotel.provided a free shuttle service to dubai mall, mall of emirates and the soluna beach club. Soluna beach club - was great with huge pool and beach was amazing. Complete with ameneties. With water sports activities. Staff service were great . Last is the RAYYA Wellness And spa - the most Amazing body scrub and body massage. My Masseus Ms. Tantri who was very professional. I can.say a master in her own craft. An expert of what she does. The most amazing balinesse massage. Thank you as well to Ms Julianne the receptionist who is very accomodating and friendly and for recommending a perfect treatment for me. Definitely will be back. Highly recommending this hotel. It was such a great holiday for me and my family. Keep it up.😀
