Stayed here for my birthday groom February 20th -27th. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The in room service is super fast, the housekeeping knows how to do their job. They make sure you find your room clean and well made each time when you leave. I have so many good things to say about this place, I’d recommend staying here hundred percent if you ever decided to visit Dubai. Ps: everything is nearby and plus the hotel offer shisha too what an amazing place to stay. I’d stay here again. Thank you for making my birthday stay special and memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. A special thank you to Asha and Janaka at the reception. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable, and they truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a relaxing stay. Thank you, Asha and Janaka, for making our visit so memorable. We would definitely love to come back!

Had the loveliest little 36-hour staycation at The First Collection Waterfront recently and honestly? The people there made the whole experience 🥹 From the moment we arrived, literally everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. A huge shoutout to Smith and Adriaan for being absolute sweethearts, and an extra special mention to Janaka, who was honestly one of the sweetest, most humble people we've come across. The kind of person who makes you feel instantly at ease. But the biggest thank you has to go to Zarak and the housekeeping team. They went completely above and beyond in helping me pull off a surprise bridal shower for my best friend, and I genuinely cannot thank them enough for it. Thank you, TFC team, for helping create such a special memory for us. It's moments like these that remind you that hospitality is so much more than just a stay — it's the people who make it feel like one. We'll definitely be back!🙂‍↕️

The hotel location was very nice and close to the WHX event we were attending. Breakfast spread was amazing and well catered for international audience. Nadim from the concierge team stood out to me. Amazing guy! Was extremely helpful, and such a gentleman 👏 While on the other hand the restaurant staffs need to improve. We had to wait 15min to get someone to notice us to order drinks and over 30min just to get the bill.

hotel room was nice and well maintained. bathroom very small. location is very handy to lots of interesting things. Asha and Nadim were extremely helpful, making our stay very relaxing and calm. thanks to you both!

DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE — STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE STEALING. We stayed here for 15 days and this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences of our lives. The cleanliness was disgusting. Dust everywhere, rooms smelling awful, stained towels, and floors being “cleaned” with a filthy, black mop. It honestly felt like basic hygiene was completely optional in this hotel. But the real nightmare happened around day 12–13. During housekeeping, my makeup bag was thrown into the garbage. Inside were expensive cosmetics and a significant amount of cash — approximately €3,000 in total. We immediately reported it. Their first reaction? Almost complete indifference. We repeatedly said we would call the police and were constantly told to “wait” while they supposedly looked for it. Then they magically “found” the bag in the garbage — completely empty. Makeup gone. Cash gone. Everything valuable gone. You can draw your own conclusions. What was even more disgusting was the way management treated us. Instead of helping us, showing empathy or taking responsibility, we were treated like we were the criminals. One member of management or director ( woman sith bun and heels) was making faces and talking about us behind our backs, while another black woman actually argued with us and suggested that we had thrown our own bag away on purpose. And then, as if the whole situation wasn’t already humiliating enough, the owner/co-owner, in front of my fiancé, offered to “make it up to me” by taking me to dinner and literally suggested that I leave my fiancé and go with him. Seriously? Our belongings had disappeared from your hotel, worth around €3,000, we were dealing with the police — and THAT is what you thought was an appropriate way to “compensate” a female guest? Absolutely disgusting. The management only seemed to take us seriously once we actually called the police. Unfortunately, we had to leave two days later and could not stay longer to pursue the matter further. This hotel is not just badly managed. The attitude of the people running it is shocking. Bad hygiene can be fixed. Bad service can be improved. But the complete lack of integrity, empathy and respect we experienced here is something else entirely. We have shared our experience on social media as well because people deserve to know what happened. DO NOT STAY HERE. If you care about your belongings, your money, your dignity or simply being treated like a human being, stay somewhere else.
