There are supermarkets and currency exchange offices nearby. You can take the hotel's free shuttle buses to the shopping mall and the beach at scheduled times throughout the day. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and open buffet are satisfactory, with a wide variety of options available. The treats and services provided are excellent, and all the staff members are very helpful and polite. I stayed for three nights and was very satisfied with my experience.

I stayed in Eid third day got 2 family rooms, I'll start with positive then negative points. Positive: the introduction to rooms service was nice and excellent, the rooms were super clean , spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Station of manakeesh, station of Indian dosa, station of fried eggs . And wide selection of cold breakfast but warm sections was less. The pool has fantastic view but it is much smaller than picture .Best thing was checking early and checkout late at 6 pm.this offer Tull August Negative: TV was working and suddenly closes which was very very annoying and we don't have time to actually bother us for maintenance. This should be done not with us in the room. Computer game room in swimming pool floor not working. Not many activities section for adults fun. Eg table tennis like other hotels. The most terrible annoying thing that happened is although they don't take deposit . We could have just went out of hotel but offcourse we like to be with rules and went for checkout. They actually said we used their bar taking chips and water bottles which was absolutely not true bc we have our own snacks. It was not professional at all to accuse us of taking this and not being accurate with their claim was extremely extremely extremely annoying. I don't think I will ever go back.

Krásný hotel, výborné jídlo a snídaně. Prostorné a pohodlné pokoje. Hotel je hned u stanice metra. Personál příjemný.

We stayed at Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel for almost two months with my child, and during this time the hotel truly became a home away from home for us. What made our stay especially memorable was the people. The entire team was always welcoming, kind and genuinely helpful. I was particularly touched by how much attention and care everyone showed to my child. Small gestures, smiles, patience and sincere kindness made us feel very comfortable and cared for throughout our long stay. A very special thank you goes to Alesia, the Duty Manager. She is an exceptional professional and, most importantly, a person who genuinely loves what she does. No matter what question or request we had, Alesia was always approachable, attentive and ready to find the best solution. Her professionalism, warm attitude and genuine care made a real difference to our experience. During a two-month stay, you really get to know a hotel beyond the first impression, and Grand Cosmopolitan has shown us consistent hospitality, care and excellent service. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We are leaving with very warm memories and will be happy to return again.

This hotel has very high quality of everything: service, meal, rooms and stuff. Everytime we come here only because we know, that we always can get the best and satisfaction from our trip. Here is very calm and peaceful atmosphere and feels like home. Also, this area has a lot of shops nearby, which is also good for shopping anytime you want, as well as lovely cafes and restaurants. Come here and you will not be disappointed! 😌 Thank you for the best hospitality to the Grand Cosmopolitan!♥️
