I had a wonderful stay at LEVA Hotel Mazaya Centre. The hotel offers a modern, stylish, and very comfortable environment right in the heart of Dubai. The rooms are clean, well-designed, and equipped with all essential amenities. I especially liked the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail, which made the stay feel relaxing and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Its location near Business Bay and Sheikh Zayed Road makes it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a great value hotel with excellent service, comfort, and location. My experience at Leva Hotel and Suites has been exceptional in every way. I began my stay with a trial booking of 10 days, and because the service and atmosphere were so wonderful, I kept returning and extending my stay until I became a resident for a full month. The hotel offers a high level of comfort and excellence. I would like to extend my special thanks and gratitude to "Mustafa" at the reception; he was a model of sophistication, professionalism, and constant commitment to meeting all my needs and facilitating my stay beyond expectations. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a wonderful fragrance throughout the property. It is very peaceful and relaxing, with outstanding services and a remarkably clean swimming pool. I stayed there for 7 days, and they were truly some of the best days I have experienced. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and respectful, always making me feel welcome. The food was delicious, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The prices are very reasonable and offer great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, a relaxing atmosphere, and affordable rates.

I have been staying at this hotel on and off over the past few weeks, and every single stay has only reinforced why I keep coming back. From the very moment you arrive, the hospitality is outstanding. Whether it’s the team assisting with parking and luggage, the reception staff, housekeeping, or the security in the basement parking, every member of the team makes you feel genuinely welcomed. It’s not just about performing their duties—they consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and well taken care of. Like any hotel, there have been a few minor issues during my stays. However, what truly sets this property apart is how quickly, efficiently, and professionally these are resolved. The team genuinely values guest satisfaction and makes every effort to ensure you leave happy and look forward to returning. Although I may not remember everyone’s name, I would like to sincerely thank the team members who left a lasting impression on me: Mr. Reyaz, Mr. Naushad, Mr. Jawad, Front Desk Manager Mr. Shihab, Mr. Mustafa, Ms. Yin, Mr. Roland, and Mr. Emer, Ms Ghada. A special mention also goes to the housekeeping team, especially Mr. Ajay, Mr. Praveen, and Mr. Riyaz. I know there are many others whose names I may have missed, but every interaction was consistently warm, courteous, and professional. What impressed me most is that the hospitality extends far beyond the reception desk or guest rooms. Whether in the lift, walking through the lobby, or heading to the basement parking, staff are always ready with a smile, checking in to ensure everything is okay or if any assistance is needed. That level of genuine care is rare and truly appreciated. The rooms are spacious and one standout feature worth highlighting is the in-house kitchenette with basic utensils. During a stay with my mother, this made a significant difference, as she prefers simple home-cooked meals over dining out. It added a sense of comfort and truly made the experience feel like a home away from home. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and colleagues. The exceptional hospitality, attentive staff, and thoughtful amenities make it one of the best places to stay in the Downtown area.
