We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. What made our experience truly special was the outstanding service from the staff, especially Illyos and Nanoini. They were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit such a memorable experience. We would definitely love to come back again!

An exceptional stay - flawless service and A home away from home. I recently spent almost a month at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel & Residences, during a corporate relocation, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, Nandini at the front desk took immaculate care of me, with ever smiling face & professionalism she effectively coordinated my early check-in procedure for accommodation with remarkable speed, generosity, and genuine kindness. The hotel boasts a sophisticated atmosphere complemented by breathtaking, elegant waterfront views. Its strategic location offers seamless access to premier shopping destinations and essential daily utilities, cinema, late night waterfront strolling, making it ideal for extended stays. The true soul of this property lies in its exceptional teams, who transformed my long stay into an experience of absolute comfort. Khin, Neela, Ankush & others from room service provided flawless, kind, ever smiling and attentive care with every interaction, maintaining perfect hospitality experience, while Manoj from the maintenance team ensured my residence remained in perfect order. Alongside them, George, Adam, and the entire support staff embodied a deeply customer-centric philosophy; they were not only warm and deeply communicative but also went out of their way to share invaluable local insights about the surrounding area. Thanks to the phenomenal team, I never felt away from home. I wish the hotel continued success and highly commend management for maintaining such an exemplary standard of hospitality. Currently staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel & Residences and having a great experience so far. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff have been amazing. Special shoutout to Arvin… she’s really friendly, sweet, and always welcoming… Also wanted to thank Amina, Ikram, and Nenefh at the front desk for being so sweet, welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Special thanks as well to Adam for the luggage assistance. Really enjoyed the sauna and steam bath facilities too.. it was clean, relaxing, and well maintained.

The hotel is situated at the best possible location in Sharjah with plenty of nice restaurants, waterfront, parks, walkways and shops around. The rooms are elegantly designed especially the apartments, which make you feel at home. Entire property is maintained very well, is sparking clean and smells fresh always. The food served at Majdolin restaurant is absolutely delicious, food presentation & quality is top-notch, and service is brilliant. Entire staff is highly courteous, friendly and welcoming. I’d like to especially thank Zaki, Nitin and the entire staff for their efforts & dedication.

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff were extremely hospitable. Location is excellent, only a 5 minute walk from Sharjah city centre. 5min walk from the waterfront, where there were fun things eg restaurants and a funfair for kids. Highly recommend! Shoutout to mariam at front desk for the help!!
