Had a wonderful stay at the Royal Rose Hotel – Curio Collection by Hilton in Abu Dhabi—an experience that feels more like stepping into a European palace than a city hotel. From the moment you walk in, the opulent baroque-style interiors immediately stand out. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I travelled approximately three hours to reach this hotel, only to be refused check-in because I had accidentally forgotten my physical Emirates ID. I explained that I had my official digital Emirates ID available through the UAE’s approved government application, and I even offered to email a copy of my ID or provide any other form of verification. Instead of trying to help or offer a reasonable solution, the staff were completely uncooperative. Their attitude was rude, dismissive and lacked the level of professionalism expected from a hotel carrying the Hilton name. What made the situation even worse was that I was left stranded late at night after travelling for three hours and had to search for another hotel and pay for alternative accommodation. I did not cancel my plans or fail to show up. I arrived at the hotel, ready to check in, and they refused to accommodate me. I then requested a refund, and I am still waiting for a response, which only adds to the disappointment. It is unacceptable to refuse a guest accommodation, provide no alternative solution, leave them searching for another hotel late at night, and then fail to respond promptly regarding their money. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Based on the way this situation was handled and the complete lack of customer care, I would not recommend this hotel.

Wanted to go for the Buffet at royal rose along with my friend, but I did not have any room booked there. Ms. Habiba’s warmth and welcoming nature made me pretty much welcomed there. Ahe is helpful and friendly enough to asist, plus she has a beautiful smile. She even helped me to get discount as well. Thank you Habiba. Your hardwork and help really made a difference in my experience.

Exceptional service, and exactly why we came back! This was our second stay at the Royal Rose Hotel, having first visited three years ago. We had such wonderful memories of the exceptional service we received on our first visit that, when returning to Abu Dhabi, we simply had to come back. I’m so pleased to say that our second stay was every bit as special. A very special mention has to go to Taqwa at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived. She greeted us with the biggest, warmest smile and immediately made us feel genuinely welcome and valued as returning guests. It was such a lovely way to start our stay. Taqwa very kindly upgraded us to a suite, which was absolutely sensational. It was beautiful, spacious and luxurious, and the upgrade made our return visit feel incredibly special. Her kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth really stood out to us. She is a fantastic ambassador for the hotel and a huge credit to the Royal Rose team. The hotel itself remains as beautiful and impressive as we remembered, but ultimately it is the outstanding hospitality and personal service that brought us back after three years and will make us want to return again. Thank you to everyone at the Royal Rose for another wonderful stay, and an especially big thank you to Taqwa for making our arrival and our stay so memorable. We came back because of the service, and once again, you exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely return!

Our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. The level of luxury is something that’s hard to describe in words — everything about the property radiates comfort, elegance, and calm. The atmosphere is so peaceful that it instantly puts you at ease. The housekeeping team deserves special appreciation for maintaining the rooms beautifully. We booked a spacious room with one king bed and two twin beds, perfect for our family with two kids. It was extremely comfortable, well‑organized, and spotless throughout our stay. The jacuzzi was a wonderful highlight, offering complete relaxation, and the swimming pool was clean, safe, and enjoyable for both adults and children. Overall, it was a memorable stay for our family — luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly 5‑star experience.
