We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Al Habtoor. The relaxing canal view made our stay even more peaceful and enjoyable. A special thank you to Phoo at the reception for being so polite, welcoming, and accommodating. We’d also like to recognize the amazing “Superman” from Room Service for his friendly attitude and excellent service. The pool staff were also very kind and attentive. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and professionalism. You made our stay truly memorable, and we highly recommend Hilton Al Habtoor. We look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay and felt genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. The whole team went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Special thanks to Emily, the chefs and the whole team working at The Market Restaurant. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. The service was exceptional in every aspect, always delivered with a warm smile and a willingness to help. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and created a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and excellent service, and we look forward to returning in the future.

It’s truly a wonderful hotel with an excellent location. The room offers a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa and the canal, which made the stay even more memorable. I would especially like to appreciate Uvni and Steve for suggesting the right room and for extending their support in every possible way throughout the experience.

I stopped by for a quick breakfast at Hilton Al Habtoor City, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The service was excellent, and what stood out the most was how warmly and genuinely the team took care of us, it truly felt like being welcomed as family. A special shout-out to Kyaw, Denise, and Jessa for their wonderful hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you so much for making my breakfast experience so enjoyable! And of course, enjoying all of this with a beautiful Dubai water view made it even better. Highly recommended for a delicious breakfast, warm service, and a beautiful atmosphere! ⭐️

we stayed for one night, we booked 3 bedrooms, the rooms were nice, and one of the rooms had burj khalifa view which we loved. the service was 10/10, Ann that works at the front desk assisted us she was really friendly and she honestly made my day because i loved her energy so much, she has such positive energy. + the service was fast. and there’s this other philipino lady that works at the cafe in the hotel, she was so friendly. honestly the service and staff were amazing. they made our stay more comfortable, and the hotel is family friendly. the breakfast was mid though and while ur in the bedroom u can hear everything outside there’s no sound proof at all. but that shouldn’t stop you from booking with them because it was worth it and i would go back again. also the location is so nice because it’s close to downtown dubai.

I had such a wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed✨ The team went above and beyond to make the experience special, and I was so touched by the lovely welcome note and the delicious treats and drinks waiting for me🫶🏻 Everything was wonderful—from the hospitality and service to the overall experience. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would honestly rate the service 10/10! The room was absolutely beautiful,clean, comfortable and spacious, and the view from balcony was stunning! ✨ I’m so happy I got to experience this beautiful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
