We loved our staycation at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making them perfect for accommodating families. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help with a positive attitude, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Ms. Mandeep for her outstanding support and hospitality. She was extremely helpful and ensured that everything was taken care of promptly and professionally. Overall, it was a memorable staycation, and we look forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! A special thanks to the housekeeping team for their outstanding service. We especially want to recognize Dilshani, who truly won our hearts. She took exceptional care of our room, keeping it spotless and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. We will never forget this wonderful hospitality, and we will definitely be coming back—especially because of Dilshani and the incredible team. We truly loved the hotel and can't wait to visit again!

It was Eid time although the hotel was crowded but still we had a great time during our stay. Ms Alian at the reception was very helpful. The breakfast was really good and Ms Jennifer helped us throughout our stay during breakfast. All the staff did a fantastic job making our stay excellent. I would like to thank everyone, every member of the staff. Thanks a lot for everything.

Excellent stay at Pullman JLT! One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its fantastic location. It's just a short walk from the Shoba Metro Station, making it very easy to travel around Dubai without a car. Dubai Marina, JBR Beach, Bluewaters Island, and many restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets are all nearby. The area is safe, lively, and convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service and an unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Whenever he is assigned to my room, he provides excellent service with great attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail. He is professional, polite, and always brings a positive attitude. I have been staying at this hotel for the past two weeks, and my experience has been excellent. The staff are always friendly, respectful, and willing to help with anything I need. Their professionalism and warm hospitality have made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms are clean, the service is outstanding, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Parking Access Improvement Suggestion My stay at Pullman JLT was good overall, but parking access could be improved. I recommend providing guests with direct basement parking access using their hotel room/card key. Currently, guests have to rely on valet parking, which can sometimes cause delays and inconvenience, especially during busy periods. Allowing guests to park directly in the basement using their hotel card would make the experience much easier, faster, and more convenient. I hope the hotel management will consider this improvement for a better guest experience.
