لا أنصح بهذا الفندق أبداً. خدمة صف السيارات كانت غير احترافية، حيث تم تسليمي السيارة وهي على القير الأول، وكان من الممكن أن يتسبب ذلك بحادث. كما أن تعامل موظفي صف السيارات والاستقبال كان سيئاً ويفتقر إلى الاحترافية والاحترام. للأسف كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال.

Well my experience was different. When I got to the hotel, as I was getting ready to check in I found that I had left my passport in Abu Dhabi in a another hotel where I had stayed for business the previous night. A gentleman by the name James the head of concierge was so helpful. He called the previous hotel arranged for the passport to be picked and brought the the hotel. The level of professionalism was extra ordinary.it was simply the best and beyond expectations. Then rooms were clean and wonderfully designed. Then came the breakfast, there was this busybee called Joy. She served us with so much dedication. She was just wonderful. I must say I almost over eat!! everything I requested was done with speed. I felt like a small king in this side of the world where there more King then I can memorise. So in short this place is great and the people serving you are great they know their job.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Dubai. I had an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The hotel is elegant, beautifully designed, and has stunning views that make the stay even more enjoyable. One thing I especially appreciated was the level of comfort and privacy they give their guests. Even when it comes to check-out, you never feel pressured or rushed. There are no constant calls reminding you to leave the room — you can simply relax and enjoy the final moments of your stay in peace. It may seem like a small detail, but it makes a huge difference and truly reflects the quality of the hospitality. A special thank you to the reception team for their professionalism, kindness, and warm attitude. They know how to make guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Overall, a beautiful and luxurious hotel with excellent hospitality, amazing views, and a wonderful atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

The room is very spacious! We super like the sofa next to the glass window overlooking Downtown. I would say it’s the best view we got there, and so I would like to thank the receptionist who gave us that room upon check-in, we didn’t request at all but he initiated that and without a doubt really the best room and view. I would also would like to comment that the breakfast is amazing - 10/10! The service and all the waiters and staff are all helpful and very hardworking! I wish them all the best. And also we like the Malibu pool and gym (yes we still did some workout coz of pigging out on breakfast lol). I would say this is indeed a 5* hotel. I hope they have more guests and good business. Thanks also to King Harold for a wonderful goodbye greetings during our check-out, he was so nice and friendly, we felt very welcomed. We stayed for 5 days and I’m having sepanx now lol. Thanks also to all the valet attendants. God bless you all

Recently stayed at Paramount Hotel, it was a lovely experience overall. Pool is easily one of the best parts of the property. If you want the perfect experience, I highly recommend coming early in the morning around 7 AM. At that time, the view is stunning. You also get the added bonus of less crowd, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. The jacuzzi is another highlight relaxing spot overall, especially if you time it right. About the roof top restaurant Malibu, while the food options were quite limited, the overall experience was still enjoyable. The highlight of the visit was definitely the beautiful view, which added a relaxing and refreshing touch to the meal.

Had breakfast at Stage and really enjoyed it! The food was good, the place was nice and cozy, and the service was great. Khai was super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Definitely would come back again! 😊
