We stayed last Saturday, and our stay was truly memorable and comfortable. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the staff for their outstanding efforts and exceptional service. As usual we always leave happy and special thanks goes to Mr.Imad from customer care, you made our day Imad 🙏🏻 We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. What initially attracted us was the spacious rooms and the unique location, and it absolutely lived up to our expectations. The team was exceptionally supportive throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Mira and Elsa for their kindness and attentiveness—they made us feel very welcome. A special appreciation goes to Mr. Bishoy, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His support truly made this one of our best stays ever. Because of this great experience, we now find ourselves coming back regularly—almost every two weeks. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent and highly comfortable stay at the hotel, truly enjoying our overall experience. A massive thank you goes to Mrs. Elsa, for her incredible support and professionalism. My wife unfortunately misplaced her personal bag, and Mrs. Elsa went completely above and beyond to help us out. She managed the stressful situation with so much care, patience, and efficiency. Thanks to her absolute dedication, the bag was successfully found and returned to us. Her kindness, honesty, and dedication genuinely reflect the hotel's high standards. We are so grateful for her help and for the top-tier service provided by the security team!

I have stayed at probably all of the major hotels and residences in Dubai and i can honestly say the Intercontinental Residences and suites was by far the best experience i have had personally staying at hotel/residence for an extended period of time. I do not want to talk a lot about the facilities or location which were excellent. I really want to point out how EXCEPTIONAL the staff were! Every single person we have dealt with at the hotel for a period of 2 months stay were absolutely fantastic. Professional , kind , caring and extremely helpful. From John and the security team outside, to Sukman and the concierge team, to Norman and Kopila and the whole house keeping team, to the reception and front desk, i could go on and on about how each one of them went the extra mile to make me and my family feel at home, especially during very difficult geopolitical conditions going on in the country. I most defiantly recommend the hotel to anybody looking for long term stay. Finally a big thank you for the hotel and beautiful staff for the great experince.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Charlotte at the front desk reception. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and always greeted me with a warm smile. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and did everything she could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Her kindness, dedication, and exceptional customer service made a real difference, and she is a great asset to the hotel. I would also like to thank Johnson from the concierge team for his helpful recommendations, professionalism, and friendly service. He was always happy to assist and made my stay even more enjoyable. Both Charlotte and Johnson provided outstanding hospitality, and I truly appreciate everything they did.
