Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional! A special thank you to Nema, Melanie, and Sheila, whose outstanding service made our experience unforgettable. Jon Vince and Indra also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. They made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our first time dining here, and it definitely won’t be our last! The food was excellent, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the restaurant was very clean. A special thank you to Ms. Prity at the reception for being so approachable, kind, and sweet. She offered us hot drinks to end our night. She truly made our evening even more wonderful. We’d also like to thank Zaw for happily taking our photos without hesitation—we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. Overall, the service was outstanding. Thank you for making our experience so memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful hotel by IHG, although the interior of the hotel can be a bit dated, there are cracks around the building especially from the main restaurant. Now where should I start? First foremost the club lounge located at 18th floor was closed for refurbishment and that put me off a bit as I have club membership and was hoping to get private service experience in the hotel. The hotel alternatively allow us to use the main restaurant in evening for food, piano lounge for afternoon tea and the the Belgian cafe to get drinks. The inconvenience of moving towards different location to get the service wasn’t what I wanted. Now, the next bit is the swimming pool, though the one on the 3rd floor was massive, there wasn’t any shades by the kids pool. Though the kids pool by the beach area does have shades, but to walk from the main building to the beach, you kind of walking under the sun. We were hoping to come to the hotel and enjoy some water play and when you have a 3 years old with you, you don’t want them to play under the sun in the pool for hours! We didn’t go to the pool at all. Lastly, thankfully the hotel has EV charger, however despite mentioning we want our car to be parked in shaded are, it was left just outside under the sun and was told there wasn’t enough space at all after my car was charged. My car was filled with bird poop at the front. Though not sure if I would visit this hotel again in the future. The nicest bit of the hotel was the view, you do get a sea view and the marina for you to walk around. It’s nice when weather was pleasant but when it’s 35-40 degrees Celsius hot sunny, guess you want to try and stay away from them. Nice thing was the room was decorated to accommodate my child’s 3 years old birthday much appreciated for the nice gesture to it.

Great location as it is near the Abu Dhabi corniche, in a quiet neighbourhood. The place is nice with lots of walk paths around the Marina, Belgian Café has a nice ambience with the live music, the Fishmarket restaurant is quite good as well and overall the hotel gives out a good and calm vibe. Except for the Bayshore club that is family oriented and very noisy. Loved the breakfast buffet, the hotel staff is nice, especially Darius who was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are a bit old, you can see in the bathroom the wallpaper has aged, same with the curtains in the room and the furniture. But it was comfortable and the staff helped making it a nice stay for us.

We had a wonderful experience at Fishmarket. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Sabina and Ana for taking such great care of us. They were both very friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back.

To start off my review, everything was honestly great. From the cleanliness of the rooms and the yummy food. It was my sister's birthday celebration, they made it additionally lovely. The decos were given such effort. All the smiles given due to the impeccable service warmed her heart. Excellent customer service! Thank you to Mr. Rezaul. In addition to attending to our requests, he always greets us with a smile every time we walk past. Well, all was alright, just one concern—regarding the gym age limit. It was little saddening for my nephew, he's currently ten years old and he couldn't go inside :( he wanted to work-out and try the amenities too. As a suggestion, they could lower it a bit—let them in and see if they're not troublemakers and have a guardian with them as a safety measurement. That's all, everything went well aside from that.
