My stay at Raffles Dubai was truly exceptional and exceeded even the highest expectations. Even the hotel’s smallest room category is remarkably spacious, especially compared with many other luxury hotels. The views are outstanding in every direction and make the entire experience even more memorable. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. I have stayed at several five-star hotels, but the level of attention and professionalism at Raffles Dubai is on another level. The fact that team members could remember my room number from memory even days later was genuinely astonishing. Every request was handled quickly, smoothly, and without the slightest inconvenience. The food was consistently excellent, and the team made every effort to ensure that everything was prepared exactly as requested. I am extremely particular about how I like my fried eggs, and this was the first hotel where, after only two sentences and without any further explanation, they prepared them exactly the way I love them. The quality of the food, presentation, and service was outstanding throughout my stay. The concierge service was brilliant, efficient, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Housekeeping was equally impressive: the room was serviced several times a day, always incredibly quickly and to a flawless standard. The poolside service was phenomenal, including the food, drinks, and overall attentiveness. I also greatly appreciated how professionally the hotel adapts its service to each area, offering exactly the right style of food, drinks, and hospitality for the particular setting. Raffles Dubai delivers genuine luxury through space, quality, precision, and, above all, exceptional people. It is rare to find a hotel where every detail is handled with such care and consistency. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly outstanding hotel experience.

I had an exceptional experience at Raffles Dubai, and a big part of that was thanks to Ahmed Khalifa, Front Office Manager. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, he ensured everything was handled seamlessly and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Ahmed goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding hospitality, always approachable, courteous, and ready to assist with a smile. His dedication reflects the high standards of Raffles and greatly enhanced our stay. Truly grateful for the excellent service and remarkable hospitality. Thank you, Ahmed, for making our visit so memorable. Highly recommended!

Actual rateing is 4,6 but i cant put that. Overall is very good. Room (Club Room) vith view, atmosphere, staff, food. Afternoon Tea is very good. Breakfast is good. I would like to thank Karl, she made best morning smoothie i ever got. Happy Hours i just wish they didnt overcook my salmon. View from room was beautiful, also room decoration. There is also sound from street a little, so it could be quieter (for sleep) Overall its very strong luxorious city hotel in Dubai, no doubt.

Staying at Raffles Dubai was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, everything felt refined, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are incredibly spacious with a unique style that blends luxury and warmth, making it feel more like a private retreat than a typical hotel. What really makes this hotel stand out is its location. It’s directly connected to Wafi Mall, which is perfect for shopping and dining without even needing transportation. You’re also just a short drive from iconic spots like Dubai Mall and the breathtaking Burj Khalifa, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The service is exceptional—staff are attentive, welcoming, and always go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. I would like to give a special mention to Pya at the front desk, who was very supportive and made the experience even more pleasant with her professionalism and kindness. The facilities, from the pool to the spa, are top-tier and add to the overall relaxing experience. One thing I really appreciated was the breakfast concept. They’ve changed the way it’s served in a smart and thoughtful way—cold items are available at the buffet for you to pick freely, while hot dishes are freshly prepared and ordered from the menu. This not only ensures better quality and freshness, but also helps reduce food waste, which is a great initiative to see. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay in Dubai with a great location, excellent service, and a more conscious dining approach, Raffles Dubai is definitely a place I would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Raffles Dubai ! L’hôtel est tout simplement superbe, avec un cadre élégant et très agréable. La nourriture est au top : aussi bien le petit-déjeuner, qui est varié et délicieux, que le lounge qui est un vrai plus. Pouvoir y manger à partir de 14h est très appréciable, et les cocktails servis de 17h à 19h sont excellents — un vrai moment de détente chaque jour. Le service est impeccable, absolument irréprochable. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins et toujours souriant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à Yousuf Patwary pour le nettoyage de la chambre : elle était toujours parfaitement propre et préparée avec soin. L’accès direct au Wafi Mall depuis l’hôtel est également un vrai atout. C’est très pratique pour se balader et faire un peu de shopping sans devoir prendre un taxi. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
