We had a wonderful stay. Mr. Shahid at the reception was extremely helpful and arranged for us to move from Arjaan to the hotel smoothly. He was professional, always smiling, and made us feel very welcome. A special thank you as well to Christine and Jeremie at Parkafé for their lovely service. They were attentive, friendly, and made every visit enjoyable. Thank you all for making our stay so comfortable. We will definitely come back!

I Shivani visited Ginger Restaurant with my friend for dinner, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Chef Komal Singh was incredibly humble, courteous, and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable. The highlight of our dinner was the Baigan Bhaja—it was absolutely outstanding! It was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and infused with rich, aromatic spices. Every bite was well-balanced and delicious, reflecting great attention to quality and authentic preparation. It was truly a memorable dish. The rest of the meal was equally impressive. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and served with exceptional hospitality. The pleasant ambiance created the perfect setting for a relaxing dinner with friends. A big thank you to Chef Komal Singh and the entire Ginger Restaurant team for such a wonderful dining experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended!❣️❣️❣️❣️

My one-month stay at this hotel has been an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the entire team has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly at home. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care shown by every department is remarkable. The hotel offers not only excellent facilities and outstanding food and beverage experiences but also a warm and personalised service that makes a long stay incredibly pleasant. It is rare to find a team so dedicated to anticipating guests’ needs and consistently exceeding expectations. I am sincerely grateful for the kindness and professionalism of everyone here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking both comfort and exceptional hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, the location is excellent for visiting Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which is just nearby and makes the stay very special. A special thanks to Ayoub, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and his positive attitude truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un grand merci à Ahmed de la chicha au Park Rotana ! Il est vraiment exceptionnel : très serviable, très gentil, toujours souriant et surtout très à l’écoute de ses clients. Il prend vraiment le temps de bien faire les choses et de s’assurer que tout est parfait. Ses chichas sont excellentes, très bien préparées et de grande qualité. C’est toujours un vrai plaisir d’être accueilli et servi par Ahmed. Son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son sens du service font vraiment la différence. Je le recommande à 100 % !
