My aunt stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (under the name of Lily) and on her behalf I would like to recommend the housekeeping staff, Roy Gonzales. He made the most beautiful and amazing set up throughout the room (photos attached). He was kind, professional, accommodating, attentive & deserves to be recognized for his hard work!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, and I would like to recognize MARK SHANIA and CHRISTOPHER OLIVES for their outstanding service. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. They always greeted guests with a smile and were quick to assist with any questions or requests. Their dedication to providing exceptional customer service made my experience comfortable and memorable. It's clear that they genuinely care about the guests and take pride in their work. Thank you, Mark shania and Christopher olives for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the entire hotel team for their outstanding service. We celebrated my cousin’s birthday, and everything was prepared perfectly — the surprises, flowers, and birthday cake made the occasion truly special. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. As Gold Members, we felt very welcomed and appreciated. We highly recommend booking the Executive Floor with access to the Executive Lounge. The food was excellent, and the overall service was exceptional. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! We look forward to coming back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a pleasant stay at Fairmont Abu Dhabi. Initially during check-in, we faced a few challenges with one of the guest service agents, which was a little disappointing. However, the manager stepped in promptly and resolved everything professionally, which we truly appreciated. A special thank you to Sudula for his exceptional service, warm hospitality, and attentiveness throughout our stay. He really made a positive difference and ensured we felt welcomed and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to visiting again.

Roy and the team have been great, they arranged our suit cases on stands and organised our shoes, and we look forward to the art they provide in our room. For breakfast, Yuva and the team are attentive and the service is impeccable as is the food and the drink. The concierge and the reception staff are very helpful with out being pushy. Which is very refreshing because most of the other hotels we have stayed at this is not the case. The Navin and the staff at the beach and pool, looked after us well to ensure that we are all hydrated. We had the choice of two gyms, a small one in the hotel and a larger dedicated gym next door to the hotel. The one located in the hotel was maned by a resident coach that was always willing to spot me. It was well stocked with towels, water, fruit and protein bars.

Outstanding Family Stay at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr! Our family recently stayed at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From start to finish, the hospitality was absolutely exceptional. A very special thank you to Ms. Shania, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. Her incredible support, dedication, and attention to detail in handling all the arrangements for our family were truly remarkable. She made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our entire visit! We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Brian, Rajan, Reem, Lama, and Cristian. The warmth, professionalism, and attentive service from this amazing team made a world of difference during our time here. Fairmont Bab Al Bahr has truly mastered the art of luxury hospitality. We are leaving with fantastic memories and cannot wait to return for our next family stay! Highly recommended!
