Thank you for the fantastic service! The food was delicious and well prepared. The staff were friendly( Birmash, - Manager Suresh - Pastry Chef, Thurein, Shawn, Catherine, Michael, Ibhson & Krisna) accommodating, and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, which made the overall dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back again! Thanks for singing happy birthday with a cake to our friend. ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Sofitel. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and the overall service made our experience even more enjoyable. A special highlight was our dining experience at Porterhouse Bar and Grill. The food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent, attentive, and friendly service. A special thank you to Mr. Prabhat and Ms. Sheriaza, who took great care of us and helped make our dinner truly memorable. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful extra touch from the hotel. Since it was my birthday, they surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a lovely gesture and made the celebration even more memorable. We really appreciated the effort they made to make us feel special. We also really appreciated the excellent customer service throughout the hotel Ms. Bea and entire team was welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Special thanks to our butler Mr. Subash and Mr. Omar who made our stay memorable. Thank you to the Sofitel team for the warm hospitality, thoughtful birthday surprise, and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again! ❤️🎂✨

A superb staycation for a week at the Sofitel Palm. My family had an amazing time and the professionalism from the staff was going above and beyond expectations. I cannot praise Wilbert one of the managers from the Manava restaurant enough as well as his peers. He made sure every single day morning and evening we were happy and that everything is in order and if there was anything we needed he made sure it was there. On the first day I mentioned it be nice if they served crepes and french toast and the very next day and every day after that he made sure we had crepes freshly made and french toast was ready. My wife dealt with one of the other managers in the restaurant and (Prakash) he was also fantastic with us and made sure as a family we were taken care of and whatever we needed it was available. The waiters and staff serving our tables were all fantastic and helpful. I must also praise the pool lifeguards because compared to other hotels they were flexible and not blowing the whistle every time a child was doing something mischievous! My only complaint here would be there was a woman smoking in the main pool and she was not listening, i felt they could have involved security if they were not in a position to do anything. Lastly the little (indian, sorry i could not catch her name tag) lady in the premier lounge she was fantastic I did advise her to just block off the area until it was set to open at 2pm rather then have guests rushing in. She was fantastic. We came once quite late and she asked us very politely if she is disturbing us while setting down some plates. The room we had was very spacious and big, room 2104, my children loved it and made them feel like home especially with the large balcony. Thank you for a amazing holiday and see you soon!

We had such a wonderful stay at The Palm! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, and the hospitality made our experience even more special. Our dinner at Manava was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A huge thank you to Umesh and Nandu, who took excellent care of us throughout the evening. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Their recommendations and thoughtful service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. As newlyweds, we truly appreciated the little touches and the exceptional hospitality we received. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back and creating more wonderful memories!
