YOU DON’T EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR REVIEW. Our experience at Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. We arrived from Abu Dhabi at 2:46 PM, completed the payment process, and were told our room would be ready shortly. Instead, we were made to wait in the lobby for 1hours 40 minutes with no clear communication or proper updates. We left the hotel at 4:26 PM. There were several other families waiting under similar circumstances, which clearly indicates poor management and planning. What made matters worse was the behavior of the reception staff, Mohammed and Maya. They were unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no empathy whatsoever. Not once did they apologize for the delay or attempt to make us comfortable, despite seeing us waiting with two young children (aged 11 and 5). The lobby was extremely hot and uncomfortable, yet no effort was made to address the situation. When we requested to speak to a manager, no one came forward. This lack of accountability is unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a hotel that claims to be 5-star. We also observed what appeared to be discriminatory treatment. Guests who were white or Arab were being checked in efficiently, while we and others were left waiting without explanation. Another family present experienced the same issue, which raises serious concerns about fairness and professionalism. To add to the ordeal, the valet service misplaced our car keys, forcing us to wait an additional 30 minutes outside in the heat. By that point, we were exhausted, dehydrated, and completely disheartened. This experience ruined what was meant to be a joyful weekend for our family. The lack of basic courtesy, respect, and service standards is shocking. A hotel that operates like this does not deserve a 5-star rating or even half of one. Highly unprofessional, disorganized, and deeply disappointing. We will never recommend this hotel to anyone, and strongly advise others to reconsider before booking. We chose to leave after they processed the refund, with no apology or remorse offered, and checked into DOUBLETREE BY HILTON instead, where we were welcomed warmly, checked in without delay, and made to feel comfortable immediately. The difference in service was clear and only highlighted how poorly our experience at this Al Habtoor Grand was handled. A HOTEL THAT DELIVERS SUCH POOR SERVICE HAS NO BUSINESS PRESENTING ITSELF AS A 5-STAR HOTEL.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at the Al Habtoor Grand Resort with our family, and it was quite simply the best resort experience we have ever had! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Traveling with three children can sometimes be challenging, but the staff completely blew us away by accommodating us with an early check-in. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for the rest of our trip and meant the world to us. Every single meal was a delight. The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious, high-quality food that suited the whole family perfectly. The resort grounds and facilities are top-notch. The swimming pool is gorgeous, and the beach is impeccably clean, making it easy to spend hours relaxing by the water. The level of service throughout the entire property is unmatched—truly the best we have ever experienced. They truly made our vacation unforgettable. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a fantastic 5-star family getaway in Dubai, look no further!

Went for dinner at The Underground Pub last night, and honestly, the food was 10000000000000000000/10! 🤩 Everything was amazing, and I’ll definitely be back. The vibes were so chill, and Syra, the singer, was incredible. We really enjoyed the live music! The place was clean, the service was great, and everyone was so welcoming. Mohamed, who checked us in, was very accommodating and made us feel comfortable, and Suhana was super fast and attentive with the service. Overall, such a great experience. Definitely one of those places you leave already planning your next visit! ❤️

The worst hotel experience in UAE, absolutely not worthy of 5 stars After having stayed at around a hundred hotels in UAE, this is by far the worst experience we have ever had. We booked our room for 2 adults + 2 children, and we paid for 4 guests even though we were only 3. Despite this, we were given a single room with only 2 single beds (small). When we asked for a proper sleeping arrangement, the hotel wanted to force us to push the two beds together and have our child (7 year) sleep between the 2 beds, which is completely unacceptable and certainly not what we expect from a 5 star hotel. The experience got even worse at the pool. While we were there, our personal clothes were stolen from our bag. The hotel/ the manager did not provide any solution and no investigation. The level of security/service is not comparable to what one would expect from a 5 star property. On top of that, the bedding was torn, the sink was blocked, and the pool towels were ollldddd, worn out, damaged, and often stained/dirty. Overall, extremely disappointing. Poor management, and a lack of basic security. Definitely not a 5 star experience and not a hotel we would ever recommend.

The food is solid pub grub sooo tasty!! the drinks selection is great, and the staff are friendly and attentive. A great spot to unwind with friends, especially for sports nights and casual drinks. Underground Pub is a fun British-style sports bar in Dubai Marina with a cool London Underground theme, lively atmosphere, and plenty of screens for live matches. Good place to spend your weekend🎉

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Al Habtoor Grand Resort Dubai, and it was truly a memorable experience! ✨ From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and maintained to perfection, giving us a very luxurious and comfortable feel. The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and relaxing, making it perfect for a short getaway. We especially loved the attention to detail in every aspect—from the service to the cleanliness and facilities. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful stay in Dubai! 💖
