My family had a wonderful experience at Conrad Abu Dhabi. The hotel is beautiful, the ambiance is relaxing, and the service was excellent from start to finish. One of the highlights of my stay was the food at Rosewater—it was fresh, flavorful, and offered a great variety. Every meal was truly enjoyable. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ms. Jee Ann from Rosewater. She was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and professional. Her genuine hospitality and willingness to assist made our dining experience even more special. She made us feel valued and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit.

One of the best staycation experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the check-in and welcome were exceptional, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, and the rooms are beautifully designed. We booked two rooms—the master room was spacious and luxurious, while the double room was comfortable, although a slightly larger bed would have made it even better. A heartfelt thank you to the team for the complimentary birthday cake they arranged in my son’s room. It was a wonderful surprise and made his birthday even more special. The breakfast and dinner were both outstanding, offering an excellent variety of delicious food with impeccable service throughout. What truly sets this hotel apart is its genuine hospitality—the staff go above and beyond to make every guest feel valued and pampered. Without a doubt, this is one of the finest luxury staycation experiences in the UAE. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning!

After a 3-week journey across the GCC, Abu Dhabi was our final destination, and we chose Conrad for our stay. It was our first time at a property from this brand, and given its positioning within the luxury hotel spectrum, we expected a higher level of service. Compared to other brands we experienced during this trip, such as Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons, I would personally rate Conrad closer to a 4-star experience rather than true luxury. The property itself is undeniably beautiful, located within the iconic Etihad Towers, with a glamorous and impressive lobby. However, this initial impact doesn’t fully carry through to the other common areas, which feel less refined. The room was spacious and very clean, which we truly appreciated. That said, it already feels like it could benefit from a refresh. The Byredo amenities were definitely a highlight and added a nice touch of sophistication. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, but the atmosphere was quite chaotic, very much in a North American style. This isn’t quite what I look for when traveling in Asia or the Middle East, where I usually expect a more serene and elevated dining experience. The pool and beach areas were good and enjoyable, while the gym was a standout feature—very large, modern, and extremely well-equipped. Overall, while the stay was comfortable, it didn’t quite meet the expectations we had for a hotel in this category, especially after experiencing other luxury brands during our trip.

Today is my last day in conrad . We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, and every staff member was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My kids absolutely loved every moment of our stay. The Kids Club was fantastic, and a special thanks to the lovely staff member there—she was so kind, caring, and wonderful with the children. She truly made the experience extra special. The kids’ swimming pool, beach access, and all the facilities were spotless, well-maintained, and beautiful. Everywhere we went, the staff were friendly and eager to assist. And the breakfast… wow! It was on another level. The variety of food was incredible, everything was fresh, delicious, and there were so many options to choose from. We looked forward to breakfast every morning! We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended

A wonderful experience in such a beautiful hotel. A glowing example of high standards and genuine hospitality. Excellent facilities, superb room and amazing food/ entertainment across a variety of top dining venues. The staff were friendly, professional and very likable. Interactions felt natural and there was a real vibe of feeling very welcome – this is an exceptional hotel.

Absolutely wonderful service and care from the entire team. We were given so much attention at all facilities, the pool team was kind, housekeeping (Muhamed) and in-room dining addressed our preferences promptly, and dinner at Jose by Pizarro was incredible (Michelin restaurant). Angel and her team guided us through every order and suggested delicious options (all of them are super nice and knowledgeable). The Front Desk team was very hospitable and arranged all our bookings for us. The room is extremely spacious, the mattress is amazing, and the bathrobes are another level of comfort. We also enjoyed the spa. Sanka and her teammate provided us with a quality, relaxing massage, and the ambience was so soothing. The entire experience at Conrad felt premium, hospitable, and sincere. Thank you 🌹🌹🌹. We'll be back.
