We had a wonderful one-night stay at Crowne Plaza Yas Island Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Although we had booked only a standard room, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious one-bedroom suite with a living room. It made our family stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Farliz and Aung for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their thoughtful gesture truly made our stay memorable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Crowne Plaza Yas Island to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Had a wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza Hotel. The ambience was peaceful, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the service provided by the team was truly exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Thulasi and the reception team for their warm hospitality and support throughout the stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The greenery surrounding the property created a relaxing atmosphere, and the shuttle bus service to the theme parks was very convenient and easily accessible. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable staycation. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast had great options. We recently stayed at the crowne plaza yas island hotel and had a wonderful experience the hotel is amazing and special thanks goes to Mr Asgar and Mr Vamshi. They made the stay extra special and we also got a complimentary room upgrade and a surprise in the room. Overall a very pleasant stay!
