I am a regular customer at kempinski !!! It’s 9:30 already and since 5 pm i am waiting i need urgent action kindly contact me directly ! As i have booked earlier and have requested connected however, have been given a room in a maintenance floor and don’t want to change and request to downgrade or accommodate 8 people in one room!?!?! Please contact me this is not acceptable or allowed in any regulations to accommodate 8 in one bedroom It’s frustrating when management tells u u have this option or not !! I can’t understand how a 5 star hotel treating customers like this ! The bathroom has insects and water was yellow when we reached i have spoken to reception and no one took action i had to keep water running to clear and i had children

We had the best experience ever in this hotel. Our flights were cancelled and we needed somewhere to stay. Kempinski took us in. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is excellent and the staff is the most caring staff I ever met. The pool was great and we were very well taken care of. We recieved several emails asking if they could do anything for us. Housekeeping provided us with everything we needed. The bed was really great. For me a bit on the high side so I really had to climb in. Thank you so much for keeping us safe and providing us with a home away from home.

We stayed at the hotel for a family holiday and to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience. Begum made every moment special. From the very first communication, she was attentive, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful with every detail. She ensured that all our requests were handled perfectly and that the birthday arrangements were beautifully set up. Her colleague, Nouhaila, was also very helpful and supportive throughout our stay. The room was well prepared, clean, and exactly as requested. All the arrangements were in place upon arrival, which made the celebration even more enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience was some noise near the reception area due to renovation works in the mall. However, aside from that, everything was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

I had such a wonderful experience at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and extremely comfortable, with a perfect location and genuinely excellent service. The staff are always welcoming, attentive, and professional, which makes every stay feel special. A huge highlight for me is GRAY, the gym located inside the hotel. It is honestly one of the best gyms I have ever visited- stylish, spacious, perfectly equipped, and with an amazing atmosphere. It feels much more exclusive and inspiring than a typical hotel gym. Kempinski is definitely one of my favourite hotels in Dubai, and having GRAY inside makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

Muhammad Rashid, cleaned the room very well good service. The room was all left fresh with fresh linen all thanks to Rashid. My stay with my family was really service. Glad we had them take care of us during our stay in kempinski

An amazing stay at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful room to the exceptional service. I especially appreciated the warm hospitality and the early check-in, which allowed me to enjoy the whole day comfortably. The reception team was outstanding. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again!
