Exceptional Valet Service – Special Thanks to Sikandar I regularly visit Kempinski The Boulevard, and the valet parking team is always professional, courteous, and efficient. I would especially like to recognize Sikandar, who consistently welcomes guests with a warm smile and provides outstanding service. I had a wonderful experience at Kempinski The Boulevard Hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the team truly made my stay memorable. They were professional, attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai provided a truly luxurious experience. The hotel is directly connected to Dubai Mall, which makes it extremely convenient for guests. You don't have to worry about paying extra for valet parking or spending time searching for a parking space whenever you want to visit the mall. The service, comfort, and overall experience felt much more aligned with what I expect from a luxury hotel. Its excellent location and direct access to Dubai Mall make it a great choice for anyone looking for both convenience and luxury during their stay in Dubai.

Very disappointing experience. We stayed at this hotel for my sister’s wedding, which was held in their ballroom, and the service and management were extremely unprofessional. There was a serious lack of security and organization, and the way everything was handled was unacceptable. I was honestly embarrassed in front of the guests because of how poorly things were managed. For such an important and special occasion, we expected much better from the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend to do any event in the ballroom

Amazing service with friendly manner and very helpful staff at the front deepak. The Location perfectly good for everything. The food at the restaurant was delicious and Yammy. Definitely will visit soon whenever in Dubai. Keep up the fantastic job....
