My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room on the 36th floor had an amazing view and was very spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. We also really appreciated the warm welcome gesture, including the fresh fruit and nuts that were sent to our room. The breakfast was outstanding, with a very high level of quality and a great variety of options. The swimming pool was also beautiful, spacious, and very enjoyable. The only thing that disappointed us was that smoking shisha is permitted around the pool area. The smell was quite strong and unpleasant, especially considering that the pool was full of children and families. In fact, we had never experienced anything like this at a hotel before, and it significantly affected our enjoyment of the pool. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the hotel and its services. We hope the management will consider making the pool area a shisha-free environment, particularly for the comfort and well-being of families and children.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Rixos JBR Dubai from July 15th to July 22nd, 2026, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. At the beginning of our stay, we were informed that the main pool was under renovation and that only the smaller pool was available. Of course, this was initially a little disappointing. However, the hotel manager, Mert, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He found an incredible solution for us by upgrading us to a beautiful suite. We were beyond happy and truly impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction. We have honestly never experienced such outstanding hospitality before. Not only Mert, but every single member of the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone made us feel genuinely valued, and their warmth exceeded all our expectations. The food was simply outstanding—every meal was delicious, with an incredible variety and excellent quality. What made this hotel truly special was the atmosphere. From the very first day, we felt like part of the Rixos family rather than just guests. That feeling is priceless. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay. We would choose Rixos JBR again without hesitation and cannot wait to come back!

We would like to share our feedback about Rixos Premium Jumeirah. We are extremely satisfied with our stay. We felt very happy and proud to experience the hospitality of our Turkish brothers at this wonderful hotel. 🇹🇷🇦🇿 The hotel is very safe, clean, and provides excellent service. The food is absolutely delicious, and the beach is very clean and beautiful. Every detail was perfect and made our 12-day holiday unforgettable. We would like to sincerely thank the entire Rixos team, especially the management and all the staff, for their kindness, professionalism, and great hospitality. It was a truly amazing experience. 🙏✨

We are very satisfied with the housekeeping service at the hotel. We would especially like to highlight Aye, who does an excellent job. She is always very friendly, reliable, and pays great attention to detail. Our room is very well maintained. It is clear that she takes great pride in her work. We would also like to thank the entire hotel team. Especially during the current tensions and crisis in the region, the staff remain calm, professional, and incredibly supportive. Their dedication and positive attitude make guests feel safe and well cared for.

Se tornassi sceglierei nuovamente questo hotel! Top in tutto. Camere grandi e confortevoli, bottigliette di acqua, caffè e tè inclusi ed ogni giorno nuovo rifornimento. Siamo arrivati molte ore prima dell’orario previsto per il check in, ugualmente ci hanno preparato e consegnato la camera ( senza nessun supplemento !!!) e ci hanno offerto la colazione . Pulizia ottima. Colazione eccellente! Bravi davvero soprattutto WORO, SARAH, BELGIN! W le Donne 🙌

I had a great stay for the second time at Rixos JBR for 16 nights. The location is perfect as all of the restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are modern and well designed and kept immaculately clean. The housekeeping team did a great job at maintaining the cleaning standard - a special shout out to Lynn from housekeeping and Bishal, who always greeted us with a smile. The staff members here have impeccable manners which is definitely something that stands out to me. I am giving 4/5 stars as we did have some issues with the hotel phone not working. However, this was resolved promptly. We did experience some leaks in the room from the heavy rain. The staff outside are always helpful and go the extra mile to find you a taxi if you need. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and I will definitely be back.
