I’m happy with service about the hotel. Everything is good as well as the food. Room is clean . They prepare birthday for me . I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. I had a confirmed booking and arrived after a very long international flight at 2:00 AM, exhausted and simply wanting to rest. Instead, I was kept waiting at the reception for over 20 minutes, only to be told — in a very cold and dismissive manner — that they had no rooms available. What made it worse is that I could clearly see other guests facing the exact same issue at the same time. This was not an isolated mistake; it felt like mismanagement on a larger scale. No proper explanation was given. No apology with sincerity. Just a blunt “sorry, no rooms.” After expressing my frustration, the solution offered was to transfer me to another hotel 15 minutes away. At that point, I had no choice. Unfortunately, the inconvenience didn’t end there. I was sent downstairs to wait for the “complimentary car,” which again kept me waiting another 20+ minutes. After an exhausting flight and now nearly an hour of standing and waiting in the middle of the night, patience was already gone. When I finally reached the alternative hotel, the disappointment doubled. The place was advertised as a 5-star alternative, but in reality it felt more like a basic apartment building than a luxury hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, and there were no basic amenities — no snacks, no toothbrush, nothing you would expect even from an average hotel, let alone a premium one. What should have been a smooth and welcoming arrival turned into a stressful, tiring, and extremely unprofessional experience. A confirmed booking should mean security and reliability — not uncertainty at 2 AM after a long flight. Very disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not trust staying here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Address! From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. Khalifa and Laila at the reception were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made the check-in process effortless. Yehia, Nir, and all the gentlemen at valet were outstanding — friendly, professional, and always attentive. They truly made the valet and concierge experience smooth and stress-free. Exceptional service all around. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would gladly stay here again!

We have an amazing stay the room and view are amazing. Special mentioned to Ms. Maria Cenas for being so accommodating. She suggested us foods in solara and assisted us throughout our stay. We will definitely comeback.
