Al Qasr is, without a doubt, the best hotel in Jumeirah in my opinion. Everything about this hotel feels exceptional. The atmosphere is peaceful, quiet and incredibly relaxing — exactly what you want from a luxury resort in Dubai. Even when the hotel is busy, it never feels chaotic or overcrowded. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone is extremely professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The level of service is outstanding — requests are handled quickly, everything is taken care of, and you truly feel looked after throughout your stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant and very well maintained. The grounds, beach and overall atmosphere make it a place where you can completely switch off and enjoy your holiday. I have stayed at many hotels in Dubai, but Al Qasr remains my favourite in Jumeirah. It is one of those rare hotels where the location, atmosphere, staff and quality of service all come together perfectly. An excellent experience from beginning to end. 10/10 and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.

This is one of the best hotels you can stay at. The atmosphere is incredibly calm and relaxing, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The swimming pool is amazing — it’s large, very clean, and surrounded by beautiful trees and lovely views, which makes it feel even more peaceful and enjoyable. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options — I especially loved the pancakes. One of the highlights is the occasional complimentary buggy access to Wild Wadi, which adds a fun and unique touch to the experience. You also have direct access to both the beach and the pool, which makes your stay even more enjoyable. The views from the rooms are stunning, and the location is ideal — within walking distance of Souk Madinat and Burj Al Arab, making it easy to explore and truly enjoy your time. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay.

We stayed here for two days and it was overall a lovely experience. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the hotel has a ton of amenities and fun things to do, and the staff/room service are very friendly. There’s a ton of restaurants in the hotel area which are all easily accessible via the complementary boat rides (if I’m not mistaken they’re called “abra” but I’m not sure). The palm island is also within driving distance of the hotel so visits to the view and Atlantis are pretty convenient :) The hotel atmosphere is very nice - it’s lively but not too rowdy so you could feel a sort of immersion. Not to mention how nice the staff are! Really welcoming and respectful, and helped us out with anything we needed. Overall a more than solid experience. Would stay again!!

Hotel celkem pěkný. Ale organizace personálu není dobrá. Jídlo nebylo dle mých představ. Luxusní hotel, ovšem vhodnější spíše pro východní návštěvníky a ne pro Evropany. Jinak celkem slušné.

I had an excellent overall experience at the hotel. The food was great, the staff were beyond professional and helpful. The Al Qasr team were extremely pleasant and positive. They helped us during the rain maintaining a positive and going that “extra mile” mentality. Special thank you to Damien, Adam, Ali, Annastasia, Nesrine Ilaria and Jeanne. Everyone is constantly smiling and I am very pleased. Thank you.
