My stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the gentle sea breeze and the stunning views of the turquoise Arabian Gulf, setting the tone for a relaxing and luxurious escape. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, elegance, and outstanding hospitality, with beautifully designed spaces, calming interiors, and a serene atmosphere throughout. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience enjoyable. Small thoughtful touches—warm greetings, prompt assistance, and seamless service—made each moment feel effortless and special. A special appreciation goes to Chef Omran, whose incredible dishes and attention to detail made every meal a highlight of our stay. Each plate was a work of art, bursting with rich flavours, fresh ingredients, and beautifully balanced presentation. The aromas alone were inviting, and every bite reflected his creativity, passion, and dedication. His professionalism and warm hospitality were evident in every interaction, making dining not just a meal, but a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team for such a remarkable and unforgettable stay. I highly recommend Jumeirah Beach Hotel and will definitely be returning.

My stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel from July 8th to 10th was extremely disappointing and left my family with serious concerns. During our stay in suite 2026, we experienced multiple issues with the water system. One of the most concerning incidents was that the tap water became dangerously hot without warning. It happened twice, and my young son was exposed to the hot water. Thankfully, he was not seriously injured, but it was a significant safety concern. We reported these issues to the hotel during our stay. On Thursday, July 9th, we dined at Dhow and Anchor. Shortly afterwards, I became seriously unwell with severe vomiting and required medical attention. My doctors are still investigating the exact cause, so I can’t say with certainty what caused my illness. However, The timing immediately after the meal was concerning. I appreciate that the hotel has followed up as part of its investigation, but the combination of these issues made this a distressing experience for my whole family. I hope the hotel thoroughly investigates these matters, addresses safety concerns, and takes meaningful steps to prevent this from happening to others.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ We had a lovely family stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for two adults and two children. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a dedicated kids’ club, a children’s pool, and a large family pool, making it an excellent choice for families with young kids. The breakfast was great, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the food by the pool was delicious. Check-in was smooth, and overall the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. One area that could be improved is the service speed, which felt a little slow at times. I also noticed something that I didn’t particularly like regarding the water bottles provided in the room. The bottles appeared worn and reused, and the water seemed to be refillable rather than sealed bottled water. For a hotel with the reputation of Jumeirah Beach Hotel, I would expect fresh, sealed premium bottled water to be provided, as presentation and attention to detail make a difference in the overall guest experience. Other than that, everything was excellent. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel for families and children, and I would highly recommend it for a family vacation rather than a couples’ getaway. 🌊☀️🤍

Wir sind zum ersten Mal mit unserer Familie in diesem Hotel und sind rundum begeistert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den hervorragenden Service, die Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage und das sehr leckere Essen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – direkt am Strand mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Ein großer Vorteil ist außerdem die Halbpension, die nicht nur im Hotel selbst, sondern auch in vielen Restaurants der Anlage genutzt werden kann. Dadurch hat man eine tolle Auswahl und kann jeden Tag etwas Neues genießen. Die Sonnenuntergänge hier sind einfach wunderschön und machen den Urlaub unvergesslich. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an den Kellner Shahadat am Strand. Sein freundlicher, aufmerksamer und herzlicher Service hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Was uns zusätzlich sehr beeindruckt hat: Als es einem Familienmitglied plötzlich nicht gut ging, wurde sofort und professionell geholfen. Die Erste Hilfe war umgehend zur Stelle und auch der Rettungswagen kam sehr schnell. Wir haben uns in dieser Situation bestens betreut und vor allem sehr sicher gefühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Urlaub hier im kommenden Jahr!

We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The facilities were excellent, everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast had a great variety and quality, and the service throughout the hotel was warm, welcoming, and attentive. A special shoutout to Julie at the pool area, who took such great care of us and made our experience even more enjoyable with her kindness and attentiveness. Truly appreciated her hospitality. We would definitely love to come back!

Moderní špičkový hotel s perfektním širokými vybavením, bazény pro hosty, pro děti, s plaveckými dráhami i VIP. Do nedávna měl i samostatný rozsáhlý fitness objekt vedle, nyní menší fitness uvnitř na patře. Několik bezvadných, i regionálně zaměřených restaurací, včetně baru s bezvadný výhledem nahoře a poolbaru. Pěkná, velká pláž, nyní však dost z jedné strany omezená stavební činností v blízkosti, která se včetně souvisejiciho hluku dost nepříjemné dotýká celého hotelu, resp. jeho hostů. Stavba nového ostrova včetně nového velkého hotelu, přemístění aqua parku Wild Wadi adal., vše v blízkosti, což bude trvat cca rok, výrazně nepříjemně ovlivňuje kvalitu a atraktivitu hotelu v současnosti.
