I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas and overall I would rate the experience 4/5. The villa itself was modern, spacious, clean, and very comfortable for families. The overall atmosphere of the resort is relaxing and the property is beautifully maintained. However, the arrival experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards expected from a luxury hotel of this level. We arrived around 3:30 PM, yet the villa was still not ready despite the official check-in time already having passed. In addition, the initial keycard provided was incorrect, which caused unnecessary inconvenience after a long day. What was more frustrating was that we were allocated one of the farthest villas from the beach, despite the fact that I had completed online check-in the night before and clearly mentioned in the comments that we were traveling as a family with young children. Unfortunately, this consideration did not seem to be taken into account. I also called them a day before arrival to emphasize on this but they didn't seem to care much! There was also a noticeable lack of the small hospitality touches usually expected at premium resorts — no welcome message, no complimentary fruits or chocolates, and generally no personalized arrival experience. I contacted reception to express my concerns, but I was informed that the hotel was at 100% occupancy and that changing the villa was not possible. Overall, the property itself is excellent and the villas are genuinely impressive, but the arrival and guest experience management need improvement to better reflect the luxury reputation of the hotel.

We had a reservation for beach access, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. With two young children, we thought a 5-star hotel like Park Hyatt would be the perfect destination for a relaxing beach day. Unfortunately, that was not the case. There were no changing rooms available before entering the beach, so we had to change clothes for ourselves and our two children in the toilets. There were also no lockers available to store our belongings, so we had no choice but to take our stroller and bags all the way to the beach. The beach chairs were also located far from the actual shoreline, which meant having to walk back and forth repeatedly just to take the kids into the water. After finishing our beach time, we were told that we had to use the same toilets to shower and change. Having to change and shower in a public restroom with two small children was extremely inconvenient and far from what we expected from a 5-star hotel. Overall, the experience was exhausting, uncomfortable, and very disappointing. We paid a considerable amount for this beach pass, and unfortunately, it was nowhere near what we expected from Park Hyatt. I would not recommend this experience, especially for families with young children.

I had an outstanding experience at Park Hyatt, and I would especially like to thank (Tahnoon Al Kaabi)for his exceptional service. He goes above and beyond his responsibilities to make sure every guest feels comfortable and well taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care truly stand out. What impressed me even more is the respect he shows to everyone around him. He is humble, never arrogant, and it’s clear that both guests and his colleagues appreciate and enjoy working with him. Employees like Tahnoon are a great asset to Park Hyatt. He truly deserves recognition for his dedication and outstanding attitude. Thank you for making our stay so memorable

If you're looking for a great getaway with an amazing beach and excellent service, I highly recommend Park Hyatt. The hotel is well organized, beautifully maintained, and offers a fantastic beachfront experience. The beach itself is stunning, and there are several pool options, including adults-only pools, a family and kids' pool, and smaller private pools for those seeking more privacy. The location is also ideal, with easy access to excellent museums and shopping malls nearby. Although I had a few concerns with my room during my stay, the management team was extremely helpful and addressed the issues promptly and professionally. Overall, the service was outstanding, and I would gladly return if I have the opportunity.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with (Hasnaa ) during our wedding celebrations, in April 11 2026 she truly exceeded every expectation. Her deep understanding of local Emirati culture and traditions made the entire experience feel authentic, seamless, and incredibly special for both our family and guests. - during WAR she used to give us extra support to assure us everything will be amazing and safe , we should not consider decreasing guests which we were planning , she was extremely calm & professional. What stood out the most was her ability to anticipate needs before anyone even had to ask. She remained calm under pressure, handled every situation with grace, and was an exceptional problem solver throughout the event. No detail was ever too small for her attention. I didn’t need to do any efforts and it was marvelous night thanks to her experience 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Her eye for detail is truly remarkable — from the smallest touches to the overall guest experience, everything felt thoughtfully curated and perfectly managed. Throughout the entire celebration, she carried herself with warmth, professionalism, and a constant smile that made everyone feel welcomed and at ease. She made Harat park memorable to our family 🫶🏼 Professional, elegant, attentive, and truly passionate about hospitality — Hasnaa is someone you can trust completely with your most important moments. Highly recommended, especially for luxury celebrations and events at venues such as Park Hyatt. Thank you for making my daughter night memorable magical night that we all still remember. We had the best stay for 3 days, the service is impeccable, hotel and pools are beyond beautiful, the room is confortable and spacious. The restaurants and breakfast were also very good. Honestly one of the best stays we ever had. We also loved the proximity to the Louvres and the relaxation zen general ambiance. But the jewel of the crown is truly the beach, white sand, turquoise water. Just amazing. Thanks again to all the staff!
