I had an exceptional stay at Address Downtown. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was handled professionally, and the hotel's elegance, cleanliness, and attention to detail made my experience truly memorable. A special thank you to Ms. Patricia, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was warm, attentive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Her genuine hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued, and she truly enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend Address Downtown to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

I submitted my complaint and also left a review. I was told that someone would contact me regarding the disrespectful treatment and the way your guests are treated. Unfortunately, I have still not received any call or response. I also mentioned that I felt I was treated unfairly and discriminated against. I have now made a video explaining exactly what happened to me because of the restaurant manager and the security staff, and how guests are being pressured to spend large amounts of money just to be allowed to sit at the hotel. If someone only orders one item, they are made to feel unwelcome and are asked to leave. Is this really how Address Hotels treat their guests? It has been almost 10 days since this incident, and not a single person from your management has contacted me—not even to apologize or ask what happened. Honestly, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and with the complete lack of response from management.

A special mention goes to Binso, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made a big difference. He was always welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every little detail, which really reflects the high standard of service at Address Downtown. The whole staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. It was clear that they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing excellent service. Thank you to everyone at Address Downtown, and especially Binso, for making our experience so enjoyable. We truly appreciate it and look forward to coming back again soon!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at the Lobby Lounge of Address Downtown Hotel Dubai, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Jamaica. She was warm, attentive, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my visit. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and the food and beverages were excellent. Jamaica's friendly attitude and attention to detail made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend the Lobby Lounge to anyone visiting Dubai, and I especially appreciate Jamaica for her outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning soon!

The lobby space is gorgeous, featuring grand chandeliers and comfortable seating. It's a highly sophisticated setting to unwind or take business calls. Special mention for Sepiani for her great service and The pastries were delicious, though the pricing is definitely on the high side—expected for a luxury Downtown hotel property
