Had a wonderful experience at Sim Sim Restaurant! The buffet had a great variety of delicious food, with fresh dishes and plenty of options to choose from. Everything was flavorful, well-prepared, and satisfying. A special thank you to Mr. Mustakin for his excellent service. He was friendly, attentive, and professional, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His warm hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to give a special mention to Mr. Hom and Mr. Ibrahim. Their service was excellent as well—they were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, great buffet, delicious food, and outstanding service from the entire team. Highly recommended! A big thank you to Mr. Mustakin, Mr. Hom, and Mr. Ibrahim for making our experience so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful experience at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas, and the hospitality of the staff made our stay truly memorable. A special thank you to Hassan at the Italian restaurant. He was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive, with a natural friendliness that made every visit a pleasure. The restaurant itself was outstanding, serving genuinely authentic Italian cuisine that exceeded our expectations. As someone familiar with Italian food, I was particularly impressed by the tiramisu—it was remarkably similar to the authentic versions served in Italy and was easily one of the highlights of our dining experience. We would also like to recognize Anwar and Gilbert from the breakfast team. Both were calm, professional, and incredibly supportive. Their warm and attentive service created a peaceful and serene atmosphere each morning, making breakfast a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Hassan, Anwar, and Gilbert were all exceptional. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction reflect the very best of Saadiyat Rotana. Thank you for making our stay so special—we look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas. The location is amazing, the service was excellent, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. A special mention to Mugula from sim sim restaurant whose hospitality was truly extraordinary. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Team members like him are a great asset to the hotel. Thank you for making our family stay such a pleasant experience. We look forward to visiting again.

We had a truly exceptional stay at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas. A special thank you to the manager, Shahryar, and to Helen, Pakh, Daniyal, and Tugrul from the Butler Team for their outstanding service, kindness, and attention to every detail. They went above and beyond, taking hospitality to a level beyond any other hotel experience I have had. They genuinely made our stay special and unforgettable. We look forward to returning!

One thing that sets this resort apart from the rest of the hotels also situated within the same shore is its excellent customer service. They are very welcoming - all the staff always greet the guests with a warm smile anywhere they see them within the vicinity of the property and at any time of the day. They are also very thoughtful, remembering the details from our last visits and making sure to surpass their level of superb service every single time. The last time we visited, they saw in their records that it was my husband's birthday, so they surprised us with a very delicious and moist red velvet cake and some balloons. We have already stayed here for 5 times and not once have we encountered a problem with any of their staff - they are all accommodating, approachable, know what they are doing, and go the extra mile. The place is also beautiful and clean and everything here is well-maintained - from the landscape to the facilities. We also love how soft their bed and linens are which is remarkably different from the other luxury resorts that we have been to. Definitely a favorite!
