Dear Guest Relations Team, Thank you for your attention in following up on my review and for your interest in understanding the reasons behind it. I would like to clarify that my rating was mainly due to the room cleanliness not being at the expected standard. In addition, the strong smell of chlorine was very noticeable and caused irritation, and the odor entered the room repeatedly. I also felt that the air from the air-conditioning unit might contain dust or mites, which caused discomfort and some health-related irritation. Furthermore, I noticed the presence of some insects in the room. Room service was also very slow and delayed. On one occasion, I ordered dinner to the room, and the delivery took more than an hour and fifteen minutes; eventually, I had to cancel the order. Despite these concerns, the hotel itself is beautiful in terms of design and location. The area feels safe, the atmosphere is generally pleasant, and it is suitable for families. The guests and the overall level of security were good, and the location is excellent. However, there are some points that I hope will be improved in the future. I am sharing this feedback with the intention of helping enhance the overall guest experience.

We stayed for several nights. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were friendly and supportive. RESTY was very supportive and helped us and he took care of all the check-in procedures for us. the room was clean and we had good views and good facilities, Hotel facilities were very nice and valuable, beautiful and lovely Hotel has a beautiful and clean beach with high quality facilities, and all staffs in the beach and beach’s BAR were friendly and supportive. The buffet restaurant for dinner, lunch, and breakfast, most of the items were repetitive and varied by maybe 10-20% from day to day. However, we expected that the buffet food variety would change more, because we had tested the food at other branches of Rixos hotels, and there was more variety, and the variety of food was different for each meal and each day. And a good option that the hotel offered was the possibility of using the available a la carte restaurants, which was a good experience. Hotel had a good entertainment like DJ on the beach and live music at the evening time which was great experience All staff in the entrance, reception, cleaning, bars, beach, restaurants were friendly and kind and respectful and supportive. And for drinks, they served good quality brands.

We had a fantastic family stay at Rixos Saadiyat Island. The all-inclusive concept was excellent, with great food, activities, and entertainment for the kids. The beach is absolutely stunning—clean, beautiful, and perfect for families. A special thanks to Mr Salman and other staff for their exceptional hospitality and outstanding service throughout our stay. Their professionalism and attention to guests truly made a difference. special thanks to alla from staff at Rixi club and others ,you guys are awesome ☺️ Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience. Please Rixos invite us as we can’t afford such dreamy holiday again an again!!!! We love to visit again 😊

Amazing hotel with stunning views from white sand beaches, the whole place felt like a holiday even just for a weekend staycation. Service was great across the board, from pool side to restaurant. Food was outstanding, buffet has a huge amount of choice and the hotel a la carte restaurants are a must to experience (book early at the desk near reception). Would absolutely stay here again and soak up the amazing beach vibes!

Excellent Hospitality and Service I had a wonderful experience at Rixos Hotel. The atmosphere was beautiful, the facilities were excellent, and the overall service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention to Philip, the fitness trainer, who was extremely accommodating, friendly, and attentive. He made sure we felt comfortable and supported during their fitness sessions. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. I would definitely recommend Rixos Hotel and look forward to visiting again.
