Downtown Park

This place made our holiday. My partner and I came to Downtown park after a bad experience with another hotel in Paphos. Within 30 seconds of entering reception we were already treated much better than there despite not even having had a reservation. Alex helped us find a room and she even managed to get us a discount. The photos are exactly what the place looks like. The place is immaculately clean and the service is excellent. The facilities are also great. The gym is small, but well-equipped. The sauna is very modern and the pool is lovely, although it was a little too chilly for us to swim in in February. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This is probably the best place to stay in Paphos. Location is absolutely SUPERB - within a walking distance to to the beach, the mall, and so many restaurants and bars. The room was gorgeous and spacious with a beautiful balcony, and all the amenities you'd expect and more, including a fully equipped kitchen - super clean and elegantly designed. Above all - the service was beyond prefect. The staff are so friendly and helpful - provided us with recommendations, and helped us book the sauna, the gym, and basically everything we wanted. We are literally planning the next time we'll be here since we were so satisfied with Downtown Park. Thanks a lot guys, and really hoping to visit again.

Great rooms (apartments) with a washing machine, kitchen appliances, etc. Located near a shopping mall (about a 3–5 minute walk). Quiet area. Since the hotel is not very large, the pool is a decent size.

We booked a non refundable reservation in March 2026. Unfortunately, the conflict in the Middle East made it impossible for us to visit. All flights were canceled with many other severe circumstances. The hotel accommodated us by issuing a voucher until December 31, 2026, while refusing to offer a refund despite the extenuating circumstances. We are unable to visit before then, and they are unwilling to extend the voucher by two months when we could visit. The hotel looks nice, but I can’t recommend it just because of the stringent policies. I’d recommend making a refundable booking. They had no empathy and were completely inflexible.

Five stars in every category. Beautiful apartment. Exceptionally clean. Great facilities. Comfortable beds Staff all fabulous, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Good location, 20 mins walk to the harbour. Allocated parking should you have a hire car. Absolutely lovely 😍, everything is done so well at this venue it was just perfect.

I had a wonderful time! Location: The complex is in a great location. It has a bit of urban charm. Just a few minutes to the beach, which isn’t too crowded and local area as I learned. The beach path to the harbor is wonderful, with great sunsets. The apartment (Block 1, Apartment 102) was spacious and stylishly furnished, with a large outdoor area, plenty of sun, and a great atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always responded quickly to any questions, in person and via WhatsApp. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The price is definitely worth it, and I can recommend a stay here to anyone.
