Hotel ma kilka plusów – jedzenie było smaczne, plaża znajduje się bardzo blisko, a sam obiekt jest raczej cichy i spokojny, więc można odpocząć. Niestety cały pobyt został zepsuty przez obecność dużych karaluchów w pokoju. To sytuacja, która w hotelu tej klasy nie powinna mieć miejsca. Dodatkowo reakcja recepcji pozostawiła wiele do życzenia – nie wykazano większego zainteresowania rozwiązaniem problemu. Szkoda, bo hotel ma potencjał, jednak problem z czystością i sposób potraktowania gości sprawiają, że nie mogę go polecić. Moja ocena: 2/5. The hotel has a few positive aspects – the food was tasty, the beach is very close, and the property is generally quiet and peaceful, making it a nice place to relax. Unfortunately, our entire stay was ruined by the presence of large cockroaches in our room. This is something that should never happen in a hotel of this standard. On top of that, the reception staff's response left a lot to be desired, as they showed little interest in resolving the issue. It's a shame because the hotel has potential. However, the cleanliness issue and the way guests are treated mean that I cannot recommend it. My rating: 2/5.

Very good service. Food so and so to be honest, but all the other aspects of my stay have been excellent. Special thanks to Lucy from reception, and Artemis assistant GM, who helped fixing all the issues that I had, as soon as I raised them with very fast and proactive management and responsive way as well as great professionalism. Ten days ago, before arriving at Grand resort Limassol by Leonardo, I was at another luxury hotel, Grand Hyatt Athens , where I had many problems, that were merely fixed. But here at Grand Resort, service and proactive measures and professionalism have been excellent. I like when I get what I pay for. At other luxury hotels that I have stayed, I haven’t got that level of care. Only one detail. All staff members have been very friendly and professional, apart from a late night shift guy from Nepal, who once brought me my dinner for which I paid by card, then he came back after forgetting to add the 4 euro delivery service, asking me to pay it even though I was not obliged as it was his mistake that he forgot. Maybe he needs to be more professional and not disturb the guests ten minutes after bringing the food, and while I was enjoying my food and had outside of my door also the Do not Disturb option, because he needed to get also the 4 euro delivery charge that he forgot to put it on the first place. See you soon with hopefully better food next time. But Limassol has many great restaurants that you must try either way. Georgios Koukalis

Bardzo fajny hotel. Pokojne dobrze wyposażone, przestornne. Czystość na piątkę. Przyjazna obsługa. Jedzenie świeże i bardzo dobre. Część potraw przygotowana dla dzieci. Piaszczysta plaża przy samym hotelu. Łagodne zejście do morza. Bezpieczne dla dzieci. Podobało nam się to, że hotel stawia na spokój. Nie było głośnej muzyki przy basenach. Zawsze było miejsce przy basenie i na plaży. W czerwcu nie było tłoku. Gorąco polecam.

This Saturday we celebrated our wedding at the GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels, and we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for one of the most important days of our lives. From the very beginning, the entire team made us feel supported, valued, and completely at ease. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care ensured that every part of our wedding day was flawlessly organized. No request was ever too much, and everything was handled with warmth, efficiency, and a smile. The setting is simply breathtaking, beautiful beachfront location, elegant surroundings, and stunning views created. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was. The food and drinks were exceptional, and the service throughout the evening was outstanding. Every guest felt welcomed and cared for, and the entire event ran seamlessly from start to finish. A special thank you to the wedding and events team for turning our vision into reality and creating memories that we will cherish forever. They exceeded every expectation and made our dream wedding come true. We highly recommend the GrandResort to any couple looking for a truly unforgettable wedding venue in Cyprus. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. On our first night, we had a serious issue with the shower. The water would not drain properly and flooded the entire shower area, eventually spreading across the bathroom floor. On the second night, the air conditioning in our room stopped working completely. At around 1 a.m., we were offered a different room, which was appreciated in theory, but when we arrived, the room had clearly not been cleaned. There were towels left on the floor, and the room was generally dirty and not ready for guests. To make matters worse, we paid €87 for the buffet dinner, which was extremely disappointing for the price. The food selection and quality did not come close to justifying the cost. For a hotel that positions itself as a luxury resort, these issues are unacceptable. Between the maintenance problems, poor room standards, and overpriced food, our experience was far below expectations. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

První dojem - naštvání. Přijedeš na hotel ráno, ale pokoj a all inclusive pásku dostaneš až v 15:00!!!! Ostuda!!! Jinak vše super až na hotelový bazén, kde neplatí žádná pravidla - kouření cigaret u bazénu, hudba z privátních repráků, jídlo pití na okraji bazénu a taky velice kluzká dlažba v okolí bazénu. Úklid okolo bazénu jen ráno ale spíš jen na oko.
