ריזורט מדהים! רמה גבוהה ! מעוצב בצורה מדהימה ויוקרתית כל פינה מעוצבת בסגנון אחר ויפה שירות של מלכים,פשוט ככה הרגשנו מלכים לשבוע....הלוואי והיה אפשר להשאר יותר מלון נקי מאוד חושבים על כל פרט שירות מדהים! בכל מקום צוות אדיב ושירותי בבריכה, בבר בלובי בקבלה פקידת הקבלה ליוותה אותנו לחדר והסבירה לנו הכל! ארוחת בוקר מדהימה יש מבחר אדיר ואנשי צוות מקצועי. יש כמה מסעדות במלון ,כל ערב היינו במסעדה אחרת. יש במלון ספא מעוצב ברמה גבוהה כל כך יפה ,מדהים. מלון יוקרתי ומדהים נהנו מכל רגע לקחנו את החדר עם נוף לים..שווה כל אירו! ממליצה מאוד מאוד מאוד....

Unforgettable stay, exceptional hotel. So beautiful, high end décor. amazing service. Wonderful beach, and amazing service on the beach. We've tried all the restaurants at the hotel except the beef restaurant, and all of them were absolutely amazing - both the food and the service. Can't say enough good words about this hotel. Perfect.

We arrived at the hotel, they gave me a room where the air conditioner wasn't working. I called and told them the air conditioner wasn't working. They sent a technician who said that this problem couldn't be fixed and that we had to move to another room. I went to reception and told them that they told me to wait in this room and that there were currently no rooms of the same category. I told them that it didn't make sense for me to stay in a hot room. The reception manager came and told me that if it wasn't right for me, she should take my things and leave the hotel. After that, when I told her that I had nowhere to go, she gave me a room that wasn't even of a high standard. Not recommended!

We visited Amara using a day pass and unfortunately had a disappointing experience that felt very inconsistent with the standards one would expect from a luxury hotel. My girlfriend arrived (on Ferrari!) before her friend and was informed at reception that payment for the day pass could be made near the pool area. While waiting for her friend, she approached the bar intending to order a coffee. At that point, the pool manager (Shady?) approached her in a rather abrupt manner and instructed her to return to reception and pay first. She immediately complied and purchased a €100 day pass. After her friend arrived, they went to relax on the sun loungers by the pool. However, the same manager quickly approached them again and informed them that day pass guests were apparently not allowed to use that area and had to stay on a grassy section further away from the pool. This was quite surprising, especially considering the price of the day pass and the fact that these restrictions had not been clearly communicated beforehand. Later, while the two friends were simply taking photos of each other, the manager approached once more and claimed that "commercial photography" was not permitted. This was particularly confusing, as they were merely taking personal photos on their phones, like countless guests do every day. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the facilities are excellent. Our disappointment comes entirely from the guest experience and the way these situations were handled. Luxury hospitality is not only about attractive surroundings; it is also about making guests feel welcome and respected. Clear communication, consistency, and a more courteous approach from staff would have made a significant difference. I hope management takes this feedback constructively, as the property deserves a level of service that matches its otherwise impressive setting.

Были там с семьёй. Как только мы приехали, нам помогли донести багаж и заселиться. В номере есть мини-холодильник, столик, две кровати, душ, сейф, шкаф и балкон. Мы жили не в самом главном здании, а в домиках рядом (номер 1920). В холодильнике был мини-бар: написано, что его пополняют каждые два дня, но нам за неделю ни разу ничего не принесли, хотя мы просили раза три. Инфраструктура и сервис: Бассейны не подогреваются. Есть спа-центр с хаммамом и баней, а за дополнительную плату можно сходить на массаж. Из отеля есть прямой выход к морю, там стоят лежаки и зонтики. По пути к пляжу расположена кальянная, а рядом с ней — ресторан. Чтобы туда попасть, нужно заранее записаться на ресепшене. Языковой барьер: В самом отеле многие говорят по-русски, но в ресторане персонал понимает только английский или турецкий. Если не владеете языками, лучше заранее скачать переводчик. Рядом с рестораном есть бар (кажется, круглосуточный), где большой выбор напитков. С 12:00 до 16:00 там готовят пиццу, бургеры и картошку фри, а после 16:00 остается только картошка. Питание (Шведский стол): Еду оценю на 3 из 5. Выбор большой, но некоторые блюда сухие или холодные. Например, пюре было невкусным — совсем не такое, как готовят в Украине или как делает мама. А вот рис нормальный. Пробовал местный «борщ», но он без картошки и капусты, да и вообще супы у них «так себе». Сыры неплохие, но иногда казалось, что они заветренные. Фрукты и десерты: С этим всё хорошо. По вечерам дают арбуз, есть персики, яблоки и много других фруктов. Также очень вкусные тортики. Вроде бы всё.

Everything exceeded our expectations, and the experience was more than we could ever have wished for. When choosing our wedding venue we simply knew that the Amara was the perfect choice and we couldn’t have been happier with the service, professionalism, and wedding we received. Everything was truly beyond our expectations and we will forever hold the happiest memories of our wedding weekend at the Amara Hotel. A very special thank you to Maya, Lydia, Giannis and the entire team for making our wedding an absolute dream. You treated us with such care and warmth throughout our stay, and we are forever grateful for your incredible hospitality and impeccable service. An additional thank you to Bilyana and Andrei who made the team of dreams for our wedding treatments, they are both true professionals who take such pride in their work and made us feel so at home. An additional thanks goes to Oreste Mancini and his team of chefs who delivered the most exceptional menu and food for our wedding, accommodating every request and making each food tasting better than the last. We will never forget the service you provided to us and the comfort every member of staff gave us. We truly felt at ease and as though the hotel was a home away from home. The porters, bartenders and pool and beach staff (big thanks to Chadi) looked after us so incredibly well, and having them as part of our wedding weekend made it all the more memorable. We have never felt more comfortable or at ease at a hotel and this is simply due to the tireless hospitality of the incredible staff. We cannot thank you all enough. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whatever we needed, you were always there—and for that we cannot thank you enough. The Amara Hotel and its staff were flawless in every aspect, and this will be a memory we treasure forever. Our guests enjoyed every moment in the hotel and it was everything we wished for and more.
