Adorámos a nossa estadia! 🥰 Acima de tudo, temos de destacar o atendimento. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos, atenciosos e fizeram-nos sentir muito bem recebidos. Mas não posso deixar de fazer um agradecimento especial ao Hugo Pereira. Um excelente profissional, sempre muito simpático, disponível e com um ótimo sentido de humor. Fez com que eu e toda a minha família nos sentíssemos verdadeiramente em casa, e isso fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Também adorámos a noite de fado. Foi um momento muito bonito e especial, com um ambiente maravilhoso, e tornou a nossa estadia ainda mais memorável. 🇵🇹✨ Muito obrigada, Hugo, por toda a simpatia e carinho com que nos recebeu! ❤️ Sem dúvida, voltaria nem que fosse só por causa dele! 😊 Recomendo muito e esperamos voltar! ✨

Ich fand das Hotel sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet mit schöner Aussicht, bei mir war es Richtung Stadt. Das Bett war sehr gut und dick. Das Personal sehr nett. Die Meeting Räume waren ebenso sehr schön. Das Essen während der Meetings war mega lecker. Der Pool war ein wenig klein für so ein großes Hotel, aber schön und sauber. Das Fitnessstudio war top. Der Strand und die Stadt waren direkt vor der Tür in wenigen Schritten erreichbar.

Excellente expérience à l’hôtel TRYP by Wyndham Lisboa Caparica Mar ! Nous y avons séjourné six jours et tout s’est très bien passé. L’hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix, avec en prime une vue magnifique sur l’océan. La piscine est grande, avec des transats à disposition, et il est même possible de déjeuner en extérieur, ce qui est très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est proposé sous forme de buffet, copieux et bien présenté, même s’il reste assez répétitif sur plusieurs jours. Un grand merci surtout au personnel, qui est vraiment très gentil et attentionné. Mention particulière aux agents d’entretien du matin, toujours à l’écoute et très bienveillantes, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe de restauration. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et recommandons cet hôtel à 100 % !

I was a little skeptical before arriving because I had seen some mixed and controversial reviews, but the second I walked in, I knew I had made the right decision. Even before my stay, I had emailed and messaged the hotel with a few questions. Despite the huge time difference, they responded quickly and were very helpful, which already gave me a great first impression. The lobby smelled amazing, check-in took less than three minutes, and I was immediately upgraded to an ocean-view room. The room itself was gorgeous, with a huge closet, a large mirror, and an incredibly comfortable California king bed that felt massive. I also had the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and had such a wide variety of options. There was truly something for everyone. I ordered room service several times during my stay, and every time it was fast, friendly, and delivered with great service. On my last day, I needed an extra piece of luggage, and the front desk staff went above and beyond. They were extremely accommodating and even drew me a map to help me find a nearby luggage store. I actually stayed here for a couple of nights, then went to a hostel with friends, and came back to this hotel for the remainder of my time in Portugal and was upgraded again. That really speaks to the level of hospitality here, they even remembered me and welcomed me back! The views were stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better. There are so many restaurants, ice cream, dessert spots, little beach bars, and even a small shopping area nearby. It’s also right next to the beach and within walking distance of a local farmers market held every Saturday and Sunday. I genuinely loved my stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to come back and bring my friends/family with me next time.

Hotel 4 gwiazdkowy, ale dla mnie to raczej trzy gwiazdki powinien mieć. Hotel raczej wymaga delikatnego odświeżenia chociaż jest dość nowoczesny. Co chwilę widać jakieś ręczniki na podłodze po przecieka woda albo przez okno albo przez dziurę w suficie. Jedzenie też było dla mnie ogromnym rozczarowaniem. Monotonne i mało wyboru, na przykład jeśli chodzi o warzywa to były tylko pomidory i sałata - w 4 gwiazdowym hotelu? Za to muszę pochwalić siłownię, jak narazie najlepszą siłowania w hotelu którą widziałam.

First time staying here, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. From check-in onward, the front desk experience set the wrong tone. The young women working the desk appeared disengaged and uninterested, as if they would rather be elsewhere. We had read positive reviews about the breakfast buffet, but the food quality was subpar and did not meet expectations. The only real positive was that the buffet was complimentary. We upgraded rooms for an ocean view, only to discover that the safe did not work in either room initially. To be fair, maintenance resolved the issue quickly, and the technician was friendly and professional. However, the bathroom toilet also required constant adjustment just to stop it from running, which became frustrating. We were never informed that coffee, cups, and a water container were available only by request. We learned this only after asking a housekeeper, who kindly explained the process and brought standard coffee to the room. Amenities that are typically provided automatically at other hotels required a special request here. Overall, this hotel falls well short of four-star standards. Sadly, we will not be staying here again.
