Van 13 t/m 18 juni in dit hotel verbleven en het was fantastisch. Een prachtige kamer met uitzicht op Castelo de São Jorge. Het ontbijt is enorm uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils. Het hotel ligt nabij de leuke en gezellig (winkel)straten, zo’n 10 minuten lopen van prachtige bezienswaardigheden en in de buurt van genoeg (toeristische) restaurants, maar zeker ook de échte Portugese restaurants, die je zeker moet bezoeken als je in Lissabon bent. Het personeel van het hotel is zeer vriendelijk, geven je goede tips en het is er ook erg schoon.

El hotel cumplió todas mis expectativas incluso las superó. Estuve 3 noches con mi hija. El hotel es muy céntrico, perfecto para descubrir la ciudad caminando a muchos sitios. El ambiente muy agradable en todo el hotel incluido el hall de la recepción. Las habitaciones aisladas del ruido, muy limpias con mobiliario como nuevo, camas muy cómodas, baños limpios equipados con jabón y champú que no resecan la piel y dejaban muy buen olor (en recipientes grandes). El personal muy amable y servicial durante toda nuestra estancia. Al registrarte te acompañan hasta tu habitación. El desayuno muy completo y bueno (dulce, salado, fruta, cereales etc.). Sin duda recomendaría el hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The building itself is lovely, and the room had a nice contemporary vintage style that created a cosy atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and we particularly appreciated the in-house amenities, such as the complimentary coffee machine and the free chilled water filter. The room was a little on the small side, but the bathroom was very spacious and featured a large shower. We were also pleased that all of our room requests were accommodated exactly as asked. A special mention goes to the reception team, who were all incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Lorraine, in particular, was exceptional and made us feel truly looked after. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast buffet, where a wider selection would be appreciated. That said, the price was fair and offered good value. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel we would happily return to.

Der Standort ist super zentral, trotzdessen ist es in den Zimmern ruhig. Zimmer sind groß, wir hatten nur das Pech, dass unser Zimmer das Fenster zu einem kleinen und lauten Hof hatte. Wir konnten daher nachts die Fenster nicht öffnen. Aber das war dann auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Zimmer sind sauber, haben eine minibar und sind leise. Informativ weise ich darauf hin, dass sich die Klimaanlage nur auf Minimum 25 einstellen lässt. Gefühlt waren es für aber schon etwas frischer (ca. 22Grad Celsius). Die typischen amerikanischen Gewohnheiten, das Zimmer auf extrem low zu kühlen, funktioniert hier halt nicht. Metro, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Shops sind alle fussläufig zu erreichen.

Hotel in pieno centro, nel cuore del vivace quartiere Baixa e a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e dalla stazione della metropolitana di Rossio. L’edificio è ampio e molto ben curato, ma a volte raggiungere la propria camera potrebbe risultare complicato, dovendo percorrere alcuni corridoi. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose, dotate di TV, cassaforte, ampio guardaroba, macchinetta e cialde caffè, bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia, bollitore e tisane varie. A noi è stata assegnata una camera all’ultimo piano, con una spettacolare vista sul Castello di Sao Jorge. Il bagno è ampio, dotato di uno spazioso box doccia e fornito di prodotti Rituals. La colazione è ricca, ben fornita di frutta, dolci e parte salata. Un piccolo intoppo potrebbe essere legato all’aria condizionata, non modificabile completamente dal tastierino presente in stanza e per la quale è necessario l’intervento del personale alla reception. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

This hotel exceeded every expectation I had and easily ranks as one of the best stays of my life. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless, welcoming, and genuinely luxurious. Whether it was the rooms, common areas, or leisure amenities, everything was spotless, comfortable, and high quality. It truly feels like a place where no detail has been overlooked.What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the customer service. The staff are not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly warm and attentive. They go above and beyond to make you feel valued and cared for, always with a smile and a willingness to help. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of friendliness and excellence. Overall, this was possibly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already looking forward to coming back. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and truly exceptional service.
