This is by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. On the very first day of our stay, both the bathtub and the sink were completely clogged. (The bathtub drain stopper was stuck, so the drain control knob didn’t work. )We couldn’t even take a shower or wash up. The next day, we asked the front desk to send someone to fix it. They used what was basically a toilet plunger to suck all the disgusting filth out of both drains. The whole process was revolting. I honestly can’t imagine anyone seeing that and still wanting to soak in that bathtub. Even after they finished, I told them the water was still draining very slowly. They promised they would come back later for a proper deep repair, but no one ever showed up. To make things even worse, when we returned that night, the key card that had been left in the room to keep the electricity on had disappeared, and someone had left a dirty cleaning rag on our sink. Is this really a five-star hotel? I’ve had better experiences in two-star and three-star hotels. This level of cleanliness, maintenance, and service is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend that nobody stay here.

The hotel looks lovely on the ground floor and loved the marble throughout the hotel. Sadly some of the rooms are very dated and could do with a refurb. The bar area was really nice and has a great selection of screens to watch the sport. The breakfast sadly was really poor. Not a great selection of cooked items and what was on offer was lukewarm at best. Good selection of fresh meats and cheeses though. On the website we booked on it was classed as 5 star. Id have said 3.5 at best. Enjoyable and not bad value if you scored it as a 3.5 ⭐ hotel.

Una estancia pésima y muy poca profesionalidad y palabra de los empleados. Llegamos mi familia y yo para hospedarnos durante 3 noches, primer punto negativo no tienen plato de ducha sino bañera pero nos pudieron ofrecer un baño adaptado así que no nos quejamos. Primera noche decidimos ir a cenar al restaurante del hotel, la cena ensimismado, una decepción enorme. Pedimos una tosta de bacalao que nos sirvieron totalmente quemada y un bacalao a la plancha completamente incomible, demasiado salado, de verdad que no se podía comer. Ya para rematar el descontento, nos sirven un pan con nueces sin avisarnos de los posibles alergenos del mismo, al no ser lo común, lo normal es que avisen. Mi hija es alérgica a los frutos secos y acabamos pasando la noche en urgencias con una reacción alérgica. A la llegada al hotel lo reclamamos porque de verdad que nos supuso un momento de verdadero estrés y miedo y tras disculparse nos dijeron que nos iban a reembolsar el dinero de la cena, que dicho de paso, para lo que comimos, no era para nada barata. YA de vuelta encima asa y tras 10 días desde el incidente, hemos enviado un correo y no hemos recibido respuesta. Una gran falta de palabra y de profesionalidad.

Well, I was pretty let down to be honest. My wife and I went to Portugal for our honeymoon. We stayed at some amazing hotels over the span of 2 weeks... this was by far the worst one. Please keep in mind this hotel was only for the night before our flight back to the US so it was booked based on price, but I felt disgusted I even paid anything for that stay. #1 The hallways smelled of mold, must, or asbestos (could have been all of them, no way to tell) #2 The shower and sink had to run for about 30 mins because the pipes must be original, as there was rusted water coming out for quite some time before it cleared up #3 The thermostats were inoperable. Luckily, we had a room with windows, and it was cool enough to let some evening air in. #4 We had 0 towels whatsoever in the bedroom when we arrived. #5 no FULL shower door that covers the incredible water pressure the shower has, so the whole floor gets wet, and you slip and fall.... yupp!! If I had to say anything at all about this hotel, it was the bed.... If you like firm mattresses, probably the best sleep I have gotten in a while. Oh yeah, the price.... however, you get what you pay for in the hospitality industry. I hope this proves to be useful to anyone considering a cheap hotel near-ish to the airport. Do yourself a favor and just get an Airbnb for a fraction of the price

Excellent value for money. I was initially hesitant because of some of the other reviews, but the hotel turned out to be lovely. The price reflects the quality - don’t expect Mandarin Oriental standards - but it’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and great service. The pillows and mattress were not particularly comfortable, but we came to Lisbon to explore the city and spent very little time in the room, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. I also wouldn’t rely on the spa facilities. If you’re looking for a true spa hotel, it’s better to choose another option, but for a quick sauna visit, it does the job.

En general estuvimos bien. La atención y limpieza correctas. Sólo estuvimos para el desayuno y me pareció muy bueno. Pero no entiendo por qué no ponen en las camas sábanas encimeras. Abrías la cama directamente con la cubierta o edredón y no había sábana, más que la que cubría el colchón. De tal manera que o duermes destapado o con la cubierta, pero no puedes ponerte solo la sábana. En cuanto a la ubicación, está cerca del metro, pero lejos del centro, bueno a 25-30 minutos andando, así que hay que tenerlo en cuenta por la noche cuando vuelvas al hotel a las 22 o 23 horas.
