Good hotel and good location. The staff was very friendly and always helpful, and the cookies at the reception were very nice. The building is well maintained and stylish. The rooms are relatively small but acceptable. There is not much space for luggage. Our room had a small balcony, which was a nice feature. The room itself was comfortable, but it was too warm and the air conditioning was not working properly. The bathroom is nice and the amenities were of good quality. However, the shower doors do not close properly, so the floor gets soaking wet, and the toilet bidet shower did not work. Breakfast is served in a stylish room. You can order omelettes and coffee, the staff is friendly, and the products are of good quality. That said, more variety would have been appreciated, especially in terms of pastries. During the reservation process, we were asked if it was our first time at the hotel and we confirmed that it was, yet there was no welcome gesture upon arrival. It was a nice and pleasant experience.

O ar condicionado no último piso é claramente insuficiente. Durante as duas noites da estadia, tivemos de dormir com todas as janelas abertas para conseguir manter o quarto minimamente fresco, o que não é aceitável para um hotel desta categoria, sobretudo no verão. Reportámos a situação à receção, mas a resposta ficou aquém do esperado. Enviaram uma senhora da limpeza ao quarto para verificar a temperatura e, segundo a opinião dela, estava aceitável. Com base nisso, disseram-nos que não podiam fazer nada. Teria sido esperado um acompanhamento mais profissional, uma solução alternativa ou, pelo menos, uma avaliação técnica adequada. Para além disso, um hóspede deixou o tabuleiro de refeições no corredor dos quadros, no chão em frente à porta dele, ainda com restos de comida, e lá ficou quase 24h. Já fiquei em vários hotéis Vincci e nunca tinha tido este tipo de problema. Infelizmente, a experiência no Vincci Liberdade foi bastante dececionante. Pela minha experiência, é um hotel a evitar nos meses mais quentes.

We requested two separate beds, but were initially offered one bed, and later told that two beds had not been guaranteed. In the end, the beds were pushed together and could not really be separated. The room was small, with a very small barred window, although the bathroom was spacious. Booking.com stated that tea-making facilities were available in the room, but there was no tea or kettle. This felt misleading, especially as tea then had to be ordered from the restaurant at €10 per cup. The issue is not the cost itself, but the inaccurate information provided before booking. Nearby construction made the stay quite noisy, and service could be slow when the hotel was busy. Breakfast was generally tasty, although the scrambled eggs tasted powdered. Also, charging €3 in the restaurant for the same bread served at breakfast felt disappointing. On the positive side, daily housekeeping was very good, the pool area was lovely, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, especially for guests who prefer a firmer mattress and pillows.

Eu e meu marido estivemos hospedados por 3 noites e foi uma excelente estadia. A equipe é gentil, o café da manhã delicioso, super completo, quartos amplos e silenciosos, cama confortável, roupa de cama e banho de qualidade, banheiro amplo com bom chuveiro, tudo muito limpo. Não tem cofre no quarto e a área de armário é muito pequena. A localização é ótima, pertinho da Avenida da Liberdade, com excelentes restaurantes nos arredores e vizinhança segura. O hotel cobra se pedir gelo, pratos e talheres, nunca tinha me hospedado em hotel com esse tipo de política de cobrança, confesso que estranhei.

Bonjour, Très déçu par la gestion de cet Hôtel. Climatisation avec un dysfonctionnement, Horaire du Check out qui changeait tout les jours et qui pour finir est différent alors que nous avions deux chambres. Mauvaise gestion pour réservation du parking qui passe de 24h à finalement l’heure du Check out. Remontée d’odeur dans la chambre. La piscine pas entretenue, insectes qui flottent, revêtement qui fait des plis au sol. Très déçu pour ce moment en famille. Je ne recommande pas.
