Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au NAU São Rafael. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très agréables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la nourriture. Il n’y avait pas une quantité excessive de plats, mais c’était justement un point positif : chaque jour, le buffet proposait des plats variés, bien préparés et vraiment délicieux. La qualité était au rendez-vous. Les piscines extérieures sont très agréables et offrent une atmosphère calme et paisible, idéale pour se détendre. Le personnel s’est toujours montré souriant, serviable et très gentil tout au long de notre séjour. Un grand merci également à l’hôtel pour sa flexibilité. Suite à un problème personnel, nous avons dû décaler notre arrivée d’une journée, et cela a été accepté malgré la haute saison. Ce geste a été très apprécié. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

The hotel makes a good first impression. The entrance, bar, and dining areas are modern, attractive, and feel recently renovated. Unfortunately, the rooms do not match the standard of the public areas. They felt quite run down, with several things broken, and there were ants throughout the room. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Towels were changed, but that was about it. Basic items such as toilet rolls were not consistently refilled, and we had to repeatedly chase staff to get them replaced. Food was another major issue, especially for vegetarians and vegans. The available options were extremely limited. One evening we chose to eat at a local Indian restaurant, which turned out to be a good decision. When we returned and checked the dessert selection, there was still nothing suitable for a vegetarian to eat. If you are vegetarian or vegan, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere or planning to eat out for most meals. Overall, the hotel was acceptable for a one-off stay, but I would not return and would not recommend it, particularly for vegetarian or vegan travellers.

This was our first all-inclusive holiday with my parents-in-law and our three young children, and overall we had a wonderful time. Although the food selection wasn't extensive, the quality was consistently good, and we enjoyed every meal. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was quite convenient. The marina was only about a 5-minute drive away, and the Old Town could be reached in around 20 minutes, making it easy to explore the area. The only areas that could be improved are the hotel facilities and overall cleanliness. Some parts of the property felt a little worn and could benefit from better maintenance and housekeeping. Despite these minor issues, our whole family really enjoyed the holiday and created many wonderful memories together. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Nau São Rafael. The hotel has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. I stayed in a garden-facing room, which was exceptionally quiet and allowed me to enjoy a great night's sleep every night. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the bed – it was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options and high-quality products. The location is another great advantage. São Rafael Beach is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the area without needing a car. As a suggestion for improvement, some of the room furniture could be updated to give the rooms a more modern feel, and having a microwave in the room would be a useful addition for guests. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, tranquillity, and a great location.

Ya hemos estado dos veces en este hotel y seguramente no tardaremos en volver. El personal es muy agradable. Tanto el comedor como el bar de copas tienen una gran terraza que da a la zona de las piscinas por lo que al atardecer puedes disfrutar de tu bebida favorita y de una tranquilidad mágica con unas vistas estupendas. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y el buffet cuenta con todo lo necesario.

I am going to preface this by saying that I usually never write reviews. I feel like I have to write this however so people are not surprised when they turn up. I am writing this whilst currently here. For the price, even though it's a 5*, its obviously not going to be luxury, however this is a 3* resort at best. The room smelt of dog, with pet hair on the rug. The response we got was that it is a pet friendly hotel. Thats fine but surely you should still be cleaning the room? It is not all inclusive. I have never heard of an all inclusive resort that doesnt offer drinks before 3pm. Before this you have to pay. The general upkeep of the hotel is poor. It is no where near what it looks like on the photos. If youre coming here with a group of lads to get on the beer and ay golf, then its probably fine. If youre here for a holiday, do not bother coming here.
