Most awful hotel I have ever stayed in no sun canopy’s have to go and buy your own to dig in the ground not enough sun beds u have to be down at 9:45 to garantee a sun bed and if you go a minute early the maintenance staff are very rude. The entainment main bar area never opens and is not air conditioned so is awful to be in as the heat the windows are locked and never opened. The food was average some days not the best of choice would defiantly would not recommend this hotel and certainly won’t return most awful experience ever.

Dobrý den,byli jsme ubytování od 14.6-21.6.- jedním slovem NÁDHERA!!. Vše bylo naprosto fantastické, úžasné, super!! Jídla bylo tolik, že se to nedalo ani vše ochutnat. Vše vynikající. Personál-všichni milí, příjemní, ochotní..Hlavně p. Daniel co nás vítal u obědu a snídaní.. Pokoje krásné, čisté.. Všem za vše s celou rodinou děkuji. A taky patří velký dík animatorům,byli všichni úžasní, plní úsměvů, optimismu... Všem tento hotel doporučuji, stojí to za to ❤️❤️

Bom, para começar a equipa de animação é incrível, muito simpática, a nivel de comer, a muita escolha. A piscina é aceitável e a água não é fria. A comida é quente e diferente a cada refeição, sem contar com um lanche no bar da piscina no fim da tarde. Onde tem hambúrguer e entre outroa. A nível de quartos, é bom, mas tem como melhorar, uma das coisas que reparamos fois o barulho e a limpeza do ar condicionado. A limpeza do quarto em geral é aceitável. A nível da localização do hotel, ele fica bem perto da praia, 10-15 min da praia. Por isso acho que a única coisa a melhorar são os quartos, pois animação é incrível e o ambiente também.

Our stay had clear highs and lows. The food, entertainment, and pool were all great, and the location is a real strength – the hotel is close to a wide, beautiful beach. Unfortunately, the service and technical upkeep of the property left a lot to be desired: Check-in – for a group of 30 people, check-in took a full 2 hours, as there was only one person working at reception. Clearly understaffed for that number of guests. Room cleaning – housekeeping was limited to making the beds and swapping towels. The floor was never swept the entire week – sand tracked in on our shoes stayed with us from day one to the last day. Air conditioning – it didn’t work from the very start, and reception assumed from the outset that we simply didn’t know how to operate it. Only after we insisted firmly did someone actually check the unit and admit it was indeed broken. Water leak from the AC unit – once the air conditioning was finally turned on, it turned out the condensate drain was clogged, and water was leaking from the unit straight onto the counter in the room. We reported it twice – the first time, reception claimed a technician had already come and fixed it, even though the counter was still flooded. Only the second complaint actually got a technician to show up. The whole issue dragged on for 3 days. In summary: the great location near a wide beach, good food, entertainment, and pool are strong points. However, the front desk’s organization and handling of reported issues need serious improvement – the AC problems and lack of proper cleaning significantly lowered our overall comfort. EDIT (following the hotel's response): Below are the details regarding our stay in room 709 from 17–24.08.2026, which this concerns: 1. Check-in – the receptionist (Rocio) spent a great deal of time on small talk with Spanish-speaking guests while a large group was waiting to check in. After nearly 2 hours of waiting, I contacted our resident representative about this. When the representative called reception – and the receptionist answered the phone right in front of us as we were still waiting in line – she started shouting at us, also in Spanish, demanding to know how we dared to contact the resident representative in the first place. This kind of treatment of guests hardly needs further comment. 2. Housekeeping – sand underfoot in the room, no cleaning on Saturday. Only after we explicitly requested it did a staff member come and take care of the room – and that, at least, deserves clear credit. 3. Air conditioning – technical faults can happen, I understand that. What is not acceptable is staff assuming the guest simply "doesn't know how to use the air conditioning" instead of properly investigating the fault. 4. Condensation drain / water leak – our reports on this were ignored, and we were told that a technician had already been and everything was fine. I have video footage documenting how "well" the air conditioning worked and how "clear" the condensation drain was during the first 3 days of our stay – I'm happy to share it if needed.

Very nice and friendly crew 😊 the foods very good it’s change every day and lots of different choices😊 room service is so amazing change the towels and bedsheets every day and very friendly with people and especially with the children. Receptionen is very nice and helpful . The bartender was especially nice and friendly and very generous. Good location right near the beach and only like 15 minutes walk from city centre.

Buen hotel. Tiene 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones estan completamente renovadas y tienen un buen aire acondicionado. Tienen servicio todo incluido. Se podria mejorar la variedad de la comida disponible en el buffet. La piscina es un poco pequeña. El personal es muy atento. Destacar que el último día de nuestra estancia de una semana nos han traido una botella de cava y unas brochetas de fruta de despedida.
