I wouldn't stay here again. This hotel positions itself as a 5 star hotel via google. It's closer to 2.5 to 3. The only 5 star thing about it is the location and the lobby everything else is rated far lower. The main entrance door men were on their phones the whole time and stood there as people walked past them to open the doors. We had to change rooms two times to find a room with a working AC. Don't book the premier suit if you decide to book. The rooms were subpar with stain on the carpet and walls, peeling wall paper, dirty floor boards and creaking sliding room doors. The bathtub had black stains under and I'm unsure if it was mold. The first room's telephone speed dial didn't even work and there were weird white stains on the carpet. I wish had taken pictures. The pictures attached are only from the last room we settled with because at least it had air conditioning. Mind you they weren't even at full capacity which they informed us was the reason they closed the other restaurant location. For the cost of this hotel you could find somewhere much nicer. The staff were nice enough but I wouldn't consider it 5 star level service. The breakfast was fine. Ultimately I'll avoid Tivoli hotels going forward. The sad part is that this was supposed to be a birthday surprise.

The check in process was a complete disaster, they were not finding the reservation, I had to navigate my emails to find the contact person from THEIR side that confirmed it… all wasting really precious time. They also sent the bill incorrectly because they mispelled my name. For a 5 star hotel I have to say the experience was not at the level I expected. I would say the best thing is the location. Rooms are standard

Infelizmente tivemos uma pessima experiência com esse hotel. O que eles vendem, nas fotos do site oficial, não condiz com a realidade. Dentro de cada categoria de quartos há uma enorme variação, não acreditem nas fotos! Os mensageiros foram atenciosos com nosso carro e com as malas, mas o serviço do check-in foi terrível: Tentaram de qualquer jeito nos oferecer quartos diferentes do que havíamos reservado, dizendo que era um “upgrade” mas como eu havia pesquisado bem os quartos antes de reservar sabia que não era bem um upgrade. Pagamos a mais para ter a vista da avenida e eles queriam nos oferecer um que era um pouco maior, mas sem a vista. O resultado foi que reservamos 3 quartos iguais e eles nos entregaram quartos totalmente diferentes: 1 era o que reservamos , outro muito velho, e 1 que disseram ser um upgrade pois estava reformado, mas que na verdade é bem menor que os outros dois, e com uma banheira velha, ao invés de box com chuveiro. Em um dos quartos havia um kit de um congresso que estava acontecendo no hotel, que certamente justifica a confusão com a acomodação dos hóspedes. Conversamos com a gerente Joana, que completamente despreparada, não fez nada além de garantir que não haviam outros quartos para nos acomodar e que teríamos que tentar a sorte no dia seguinte. Para o nível do hotel isso é completamente inaceitável. Definitivamente não vale o valor pago. De bom, somente a localização. O serviço não é digno de “Tivoli” e muito menos os quartos. Uma completa decepção!

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. Great rooftop restaurant and bar and fun lobby area. There are many other excellent restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is the shower which has a glass "wall" that can't be more than 18 inches wide so water would constantly spray out.

Top tier hotel experience. Gorgeous room, upgraded to a suite with TWO balconies through the AMEX FHR program. The staff has that perfect, rare combination of 100% helpful and on point, but also unobtrusive and not annoying. The rooftop bar has the best view of the city. Wonderful breakfast. Desireable location, nestled in between the designer shops but also only five minutes from all the attractions and fun. Next time we're in Lisbon, we will definitely return here.

Wonderful location, great staff. My wife informed our server at breakfast of my birthday that morning. When we returned to our room after a day enjoying Lisbon we found a bottle of cava on ice and a beautiful chocolate cake. Both were delicious. Kudos to our server and guest relations manager Rafael Gomes! Also a shout out to the pastry chef.
