The Sheraton Full Moon has one of the most disappointing all-inclusive programs I have experienced. While the staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly has a strong service culture, the all-inclusive package itself is extremely misleading. We paid approximately $150 per person per day for the all-inclusive package, yet many items are still charged separately. Even basic minibar snacks such as peanuts and cashews were not included. In addition, the dining options became repetitive very quickly, as the menu remained largely unchanged throughout our stay, while numerous items still carried additional charges. Another disappointing aspect is the lack of flexibility. If a guest departs early, there is no refund for the unused hotel night, nor for the unused all-inclusive day. In our case, we checked out a day early and received no credit whatsoever for the unused accommodations or meal plan. The resort itself is beautiful, and most of the employees work hard to provide good service. However, my experience with the front desk was disappointing. On several occasions, I felt that any questions regarding charges or inclusions were met with resistance rather than a willingness to explain them. The overall impression was that guests were simply expected to accept additional charges without asking questions or seeking clarification. For a resort operating at this price point, I would have expected a much more transparent and customer-focused approach. Unfortunately, the pricing structure, lack of flexibility, and limitations of the all-inclusive package do not match the expectations that most travelers would have when purchasing an all-inclusive vacation. After traveling extensively around the world, I can honestly say this is one of the weakest all-inclusive programs I have encountered. I would strongly encourage future guests to carefully review what is and is not included before purchasing the package.

This was our very first visit to the Maldives, and I can confidently say that we will be coming back again—not just because of the beauty of the Maldives, but because of the incredible hospitality and warmth we experienced from your entire team. From the moment we booked our trip until we returned home, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I would like to begin by thanking Mahvish from the Reservations Team, who provided us with all the necessary information and instructions well in advance. A special thanks to Mr. Syed, who stayed in touch with us throughout our journey and ensured everything went smoothly until our arrival. Upon landing, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Hassan, who safely transferred us to the resort. From the moment we reached the resort, Mr. Ankit took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. He kept us informed about everything, patiently answered all our questions, and always guided us in the right direction. What impressed us most was his honesty and genuine intention to help us enjoy our holiday without encouraging unnecessary expenses. He always suggested budget-friendly options while ensuring we had the best possible experience. We were also fortunate to meet several wonderful team members who made our stay even more special: * Mr. Anil patiently guided us through all the restaurants and dining options. * Mr. Nur was incredibly friendly and gave us an interesting introduction to the Maldives. * Ms. Khadija helped us capture beautiful photographs, and she was simply amazing. * Ms. Lakshmi explained the resort facilities in detail and encouraged us to visit again with our children, helping us realize that the Maldives is a perfect destination for families as well—not just couples. * Ms. Vina gave me one of the most relaxing massages I have ever experienced. It completely relieved my stress and was truly exceptional. One of the highlights of our trip was the snorkeling experience. As someone who doesn’t know how to swim, I was initially very nervous. However, the snorkeling instructor patiently gave me a wonderful introductory lesson, built my confidence, and helped me experience snorkeling in the middle of the sea. It was an unforgettable experience that will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our two-day stay so memorable. Every single one of you contributed to creating wonderful memories that we will cherish forever. We truly appreciate your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay in Sheraton Maldives during August 2026. The hotel setting is beautiful and has everything you need to keep you entertained. We went all inclusive for the full experience and have to say most of the food was brilliant. Anchorage has the vibes! We also really liked Kakuni for lunch. The staff were all wonderful, always friendly and happy to help. Shoutout to a couple of people - Layaan, Yaish, Phailin and Uttam.

Our stay at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and exceptional service. The island is breathtaking, with crystal-clear turquoise water, pristine white beaches, and stunning villas. Every corner of the resort is picture-perfect. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the restaurants offered an amazing dining experience. A special thank you to the wonderful team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We recently completed a wonderful 3-night stay in Room 240 at the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Traveling with a 1-year-old kid can sometimes be challenging, but the incredible hospitality and warmth we received made our family vacation completely stress-free and enjoyable. The Service Highlights The absolute highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff. A special shout-out to Anil, Hey man and Sorav for going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome from day one. Culinary Excellence The food was fantastic, and the culinary team took amazing care of us. Huge thanks to Chef Narayan, Chef Tamil, and Chef Praful for preparing such delicious meals and being so accommodating. We spent a lot of our dining time at Masala Hut, where the food was spectacular. A big thank you to the wonderful stewards there who provided seamless, attentive service and made dining with a toddler an absolute breeze.
