Si vous aimez être mal accueillis, stressés pendant vos vacances et traités comme des problèmes plutôt que comme des clients, alors foncez à ALEGRIA Plaza Paris. Entre les cartes de chambre désactivées sans prévenir parce que nous nous sommes garées au parking et l’amabilité de la personne a brune, petite à lunette à l’accueil, et pas d’eau chaude c’est la totale.. Mention spéciale à l’accueil : zéro professionnalisme, zéro respect et un sens du service inexistant. On venait pour se détendre entre copines, on est reparties énervées. À fuir !!

Alegria Plaza Hotel is highly recommended for the service they provide. Staff are exceptionally well mannered and always willing to help. Few staff who greeted us and guided us were Sofia, Giselle and Clara . The food was good with variety of food and fruits.and the caterers were always helpful. We took half board - so had breakfast and dinner included. Only downside was you have to buy drinking water during dinner time.The hotel is located 5-10 minutes walking distance away from beautiful and calm Lorett de mar beach . Lot of place for nice walks .Highly recommended place for all types of water sports. Fennels beach is also less than kilometre away, where the kids did scuba diving. There are lot of good eat outs and little shops with various good clothing and souvenirs.The temperature in July was around 35 .c but a dip in the sea cools you down. The night life is also good,vibrant place, most of the families are out during the evening, Definitely recommended for families and youngsters alike 👌🏼👌🏼 Anna

Hemos estado pasando la verbena de Sant Joan de este año, y el hotel es correcto, el personal muy amable, excepto el cocinero q estuvo en la plancha en la cena de la verbena, q no fue muy eficiente. El spa, q es de pago aparte, ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, de relax total, muy recomendable! El punto flojo ha sido el comedor, la comida no ha estado a la altura de un hotel 4 estrellas superior, la calidad y variedad han sido mediocres, y nos ha sorprendido q no ofrecieran ni coca de Sant Joan ni cava, siendo como era la verbena. Pero se puede decir q en conjunto ha sido una experiencia para desconectar y disfrutar en familia.

El hotel está de 10, viajamos con el Inserso, nos tocó una habitación, baño y terraza muy grandes, reformada hace pocos años. Limpieza perfecta, comida buena, la plancha recién hecha y en su punto. El personal muy amable. El hotel está a 10 minutos de la playa, con arena gruesa y bandera azul. Como es primeros de junio, estaba lleno de estudiantes de todo Europa de fin de curso de unos 18-20 años, animaban mucho la playa. Un poco más arriba del hotel, donde está el casino, conseguimos aparcamiento libre. No nos importaría repetir. Adiós repetiremos🥰🥰😭😭

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer als Alleinreise de. Dafür war die Größe okay. Für 2 Personen fände ich es etwas klein. An der Rezeption hat nur ein Herr etwas Deutsch gesprochen. Das Frühstück war schlecht. Es gab nur Toastbrot und billige, kleine Aufbackbrötchen. Das süße Gebäck war sehr weich. Es gab immer das gleiche Angebot. Das Abendessen war auch immer ähnlich oder sogar gleich. Wenn man frisch gegrilltes Fleisch wollte, musste am es sagen und dann warten bis es fertig war. Oft war es dann nicht durch da sie es schnell los haben wollten. Manchmal war sogar niemand da ,der das Grillfleisch aufgelegt hat, dann musste man warten bis jemand aus der Küche kam. Eingedeckt war immer nur ein Weinglas und wenn man Wein und Wasser bestellt hat, bekam man auch kein zweites Glas. Da ich meinen Wein und Wasser abwechselnd trinken wollte habe ich mir immer vom Nachbartisch ein zweites Glas geholt. Das Abräumen der Teller hat auch immer etwas länger gedauert. 2 Servicekräfte für den Speisesaal waren einfach zu wenig.

We had a great stay at this hotel until checkout day, which completely ruined the experience. The location was good, and up until the final day we had no major issues. After checking out around 11am, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage in their supposedly “locked” luggage room while we waited for our airport transfer and sat by the pool. Around two hours later, we returned to discover that both of our medium/large suitcases had been stolen. When we informed staff, we were immediately met with denial and repeatedly told this was “impossible” because the room is supposedly locked whenever guests enter and exit. Despite there being CCTV cameras clearly covering the luggage room and lobby area, staff were extremely reluctant to review footage or allow anyone else to see it. The most frustrating part was the hotel’s response afterwards. They did not encourage us to contact the police and instead claimed they would handle it themselves. During multiple phone calls afterwards, staff repeatedly suggested that “friends must be playing a prank” on us - despite us travelling alone as a couple, not socialising with anyone during the holiday, and making it very clear we knew nobody at the hotel. Jet2 later informed us that their representative was also refused access to CCTV footage unless requested directly by police. However, as far as we are aware, the hotel never contacted the police themselves or took any meaningful action while we were there. Because we had a flight to catch, we were forced to leave for the airport with only our beach towels and hand luggage. In total we lost around €160 in cash and approximately £2,000–£3,000 worth of clothes, jewellery, and sentimental belongings. What makes this especially disappointing is that we had genuinely enjoyed the holiday prior to this incident. Unfortunately, the dismissive attitude from staff and management afterwards made us feel unsupported and almost as though the situation was being brushed aside rather than properly investigated. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again or recommend leaving valuables in the hotel’s luggage storage facilities.
