We had a wonderful stay at the resort. I gave 3 stars for the location as it is 20 to 30 mins outside the main town, this did not bother us but might not be suitable for others. The rooms were large, clean & soundproof. We were all inclusive and the food was amazing, great choices and different options for dining, it was a little confusing with different al a carte menus at lunch & dinner so I would recommend working this out early in your stay! Staff were beautiful, friendly and attentive. Thank you to Tukta for the amazing cocktails at the pool bar. Jenny, Kitty & Ton for wonderful massages and facial. Tonn, Ploy, Party, Aew, Tee & Tom and all the others for everything else. Would recommend for a relaxing holiday.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Pullman Khao Lak Resort, Thailand. Every member of staff was exceptional, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our visit was both comfortable and memorable. From the warm daily greetings of “Sawat Dee Kha/Khrup” to their genuine attentiveness, the level of hospitality was outstanding throughout. We travelled to Thailand with a group of 26 close friends for a relaxing holiday and to celebrate my wife’s Diamond Jubilee birthday at the resort. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the celebration evening at the beachfront Kram Restaurant, made extraordinary by Bowy. Her coordination, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment transformed the occasion into an unforgettable experience for all of us. Bowy managed every aspect seamlessly - from organising a beautiful and delicious cake to arranging birthday banners, balloons, and elegantly presented table settings with special napkin touches. She led her Kram team with professionalism, warmth, and precision, ensuring the entire evening unfolded flawlessly. Her dedication went far beyond expectations, making her the true star of our experience. Bowy is a remarkable asset to the Kram team and an excellent representative of the wider Accor group. Her professionalism and commitment set a high standard and made both our stay and celebration genuinely unforgettable. The resort offers an impressive range of daily activities and facilities - more than enough to keep us engaged and entertained throughout our stay. Combined with the spectacular fire show, live music, and its beautiful beachfront setting, it created memories we will cherish for years to come. We highly recommend this resort.

We had a fantastic stay at Pullman Khao Lak! The resort is beautiful, and the staff were so warm and welcoming. The check-in process in particular was incredibly smooth and extremely welcoming. A special shoutout to Milk, Rose, Ja, and Jess. Their service was fantastic and really helped make our stay even better. The facilities and activities the resort offers are also great. There was always something to do each day! My favourite was definitely the AquaFit classes they were always so much fun. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the instructors’ names, but they were fantastic! The gym was a great size and was always clean. One minor detail that could be improved would be clearing away towels and drinks, especially around the front area. There was sometimes water around some of the seats, which can make it a little tricky for staff to get to the area. It’s a very minor issue, but addressing it would make an already beautiful resort look even better. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Pullman Khao Lak. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay again!

V hotelu Pullman jsme strávili týden a mohu ho doporučit. Milý personál, překrásná pláž přímo u hotelu nepřeplněná lidmi - prostě oáza klidu. Tento hotel je vhodný pro lidi, kteří nechtějí být v ruchu turistických letovisk, ale chtějí si užít klid a ticho. Okolo hotelu nic moc není, je to spíše na válečku, ale dá se dostat do vesnice 10min od resortu. My jsme měli auto a dělali si výlety do khao sok, Krabi apod. Pokoje mají velmi pohodlné a opravdu velké postele, hezký výhled z balkonu a jsou čisté. Jediná nevýhoda je toaleta, která téměř nijak není oddělená, což je škoda. Kdo má rád soukromí na toaletě, bude muset svého spolubydlícího vyhánět ven nebo na balkon.

Had a great stay and loved the resort. This is the second time we've stayed here. Check-in was fantastic, staff were all friendly and the free massage on arrival was perfect after flight and taxi trips. Staff were lovely to my kids and the kids club was always clean and the activities enjoyed by my girls. Our room was located on level 1 and close to the pool which was great. The only negative on the whole stay was that the light switches in our room were difficult to figure out what controlled what and some where a little hard to switch. Otherwise the facilities and pool were kept clean and the restaurant and pool bar staff were friendly. The fire show on Tuesday night was a hit with my farther who loved the music and vibes!

I stayed here with a friend during our vacation, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, service and staff were lovely and attentive. However, one thing really surprised me. The towel provided in our room looked old, with stains, torn and frayed edges. For a five-star hotel, I would expect the towels to be clean and in much better condition. I have shared my feedback with the hotel, and I hope it will be helpful in improving the quality and service for future guests.
