Stayed here for 9 nights and decided on the "all inclusive package" and was sold the world. Upon arrival, were told cannot order anything from the 'swim up'pool bar as that bar was not 'included' - so could only order from certain area in the resort to access the "all inclusive" package we paid a considerable amount for. In addition, each resturant of the 'all inclusive package' has a VERY streamlined, limited version of items available that you can order from, otherwise all other items you need to pay extra. Even simple Items such as a Coffee, iced coffee, some cocktails, etc are not included, No meat items included, so cant order any steaks, pork, ribs, etc - again all these cost additional charges. Only basic cheap items on the limited menus such as pizzas, pasta, basic stirfry's are included. There was consistaly no one at the swim up bar, I expect due to the additional costs - sad really, this atmosphere is the reason we were going. So all the family can relax at the swim up bar, not worrying about additional costs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING. Others have more included in their 'all inclusive packages' so your family can relax and enjoy the trip with out additional costs being a factor The location was great, and staff happy to help where they can. Sadly, my Family were really disappointed with what was available, or more what was 'not available' to the point😞 😥 😔

Firstly staff are great as Thai culture service mind is high. Rooms are very clean neat and room service is good. Generously... Kids Facility available for below 4 yrsold They have indeed international great breakfast buffet option; continental, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic and Indian. Wide dinner options available. Gym is fine opens early as i like 6am. Pool wonderful my daughter enjoyed a lot overal great experience in phuket. Close to patong beach shuttle service are limited.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Diamond Cliff! Would highly recommend this resort for those looking to stay, eat, drink, and relax across the resort facilities. All staff were super friendly, and very accommodating. We booked the all inclusive option through luxury escapes, our first time doing this. I was very impressed with how the staff managed it all, and let us truly take advantage of our package 👏🏻 The only thing that was off putting was being asked for a 10,000 baht refundable security deposit, which I thought was steep - so be prepared ✌🏼

The place and hospitality is a must experience. We choose the jacuzzi suite room and it was beautiful. Neat, clean, hygienic and good staff always smiling. For vegeterians the breakfast option was a disappointment otherwise the location, view from the rooms, hospitality etc. was amazing. It is walkable to popular hotspots like bangla road, pa tong beach etc. Definitely you should plan your two-three day stay here.

فندق رائع ومميز للغاية، كانت تجربتنا فيه ممتازة بكل المقاييس. حجزنا جناحين متلاصقين بينهما باب داخلي، وكانت المساحة واسعة جدًا، والتصميم فخم، والنظافة ممتازة. موقع الغرف كان مميزًا بجوار المسبح مع إطلالة مباشرة على البحر، مما أضاف جمالًا خاصًا للإقامة. أقمت في الفندق لمدة 11 ليلة، وكانت تجربة تستحق التكرار بكل تأكيد، وأنصح به بشدة لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والموقع المثالي. يتميز الفندق بقربه من المطاعم والأماكن الجميلة، حيث كنت أستطيع الوصول لمعظم الوجهات مشيًا على الأقدام. عند الوصول تم استقبالنا بمشروب ترحيبي، كما قدموا لنا كوبونات ضيافة بالإضافة إلى سلة فواكه، وكانت لفتة جميلة ومقدّرة. أما بالنسبة للفطور، فهو جيد ومقبول، لكنه ليس استثنائيًا. التنقل بين اللوبي والغرف يحتاج إلى سيارة نظرًا لاتساع المنتجع، ولكن الخدمة متوفرة على مدار اليوم، وتستمر حتى الساعة 12 منتصف الليل، وكانت مريحة وسريعة

Booked Deluxe Sea View room, it was spacious and close to the lobby, so we didn't need a shuttle to the room. Rooms further up the hill have better sea views but its whether you want the effort of walking/shuttle up and down. Luxury Escapes deal is good value - your all inclusive is limited to the Ocean View restaurant and bar, but the opening hours and staff there are great. The daiquiris are amazing - no wine or coffee on the inclusive drinks list. You can grab drinks and move around the resort too. We had an issue with our shower not draining and were moved to the Ocean View Jacuzzi room late at night. The staff were wonderful through the process - thankyou Wannea for your help. This did not negatively impact our review of the resort because they were so lovely! Tried Kiko japanese restaurant and the sashimi was beautiful. Wines were decently priced and good. Breakfast buffet has great variety - japanese, korean, thai, european and indian options. Staff at the restaurant were good with allergies, with some help from a translator app to confirm. Spa experience was excellent - we booked ahead and got the 55% discount on the website, making it around 1000 baht for a 60 min massage - it was an excellent experience and the teas are so good before and after! Only downsides were the check in and out process is long, taking 30mins each time and its hot in the lobby. The breakfast 'room' was also hotter than the restaurant some days, which was uncomfortable.
